Dominion – the voting system which experienced several technical glitches favorable to candidate Joe Biden – was rejected by the Texas Secretary of State for use in elections in 2013 and 2019 over a plethora of issues which led it to fail basic tests for reliability and accuracy.
The voting system improperly counted ballots leading to a false Biden win in Antrim County, Michigan and was responsible for several glitches that forced extended voting hours and delayed results.
Therefore, it’s not difficult to understand why the Texas Secretary of State refused to adopt the voting system twice – in 2013 and 2019.
Per a comprehensive, five-page report on Dominion Voting Systems from 2019, the Designee of the Attorney General recommended that “certification should be denied.”

“Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas,” he noted.
In addition to a “complex, error prone, and tedious” installation process – with 184 steps – the report chronicled a host of red flags that arose when investigators tested the system.
“During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots,” the report noted.
The Secretary of State’s office also flagged Dominion’s software as potentially confusing voters:
At one point while scanning ballots, something flashed on the display so briefly we could not read it. After several attempts to re-scan the ballot, we were able to discern that it was a message reading “Ambiguous Marks” that was displayed for a second or less. It then reverts to the “System Ready” message. The voter has no way of knowing what, if anything, is wrong since the error message does not persist long enough to read it.
The report continues, “The ballot-marking devices incorrectly informed voters that they were casting their ballots, when in fact they were only printing them. The ballots are not be counted until they were scanned on a different device.”

SUSPICIOUS: Tens of Thousands of PA Ballots Were Allegedly Returned Earlier Than They Were Sent
News emerged on Tuesday that many ballots in the state of Pennsylvania appear to have been returned to be counted, earlier than they were sent, causing great suspicion that there was alleged voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential election.
The news of the ballots comes on the same day that President Donald J. Trump tweeted about Ballot counting abuse.
Statisticians are the front lines of Trump’s defense.
Epoch Times reported on Tuesday about the suspicious ballots:
‘More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.
Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.
The state’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.
The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.”
“Since October 1, the average time of delivery for First-Class Mail, including ballots, was 2.5 days,” USPS said in an Oct. 29 release.
Impossible and improbable return dates indicate there’s something wrong with either the database or the ballots.
The Office of Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment.
In addition to the ballots described above, there were more than 43,000 ballots returned two days after being sent out, which is still remarkably fast, although still possible if the voter quickly delivered the ballot to an election office or a ballot drop box in person. The flagged ballots comprise almost 4 percent of all those issued by the state.

Yesterday I laid out, with the help of the BBC and State Department, the six signs to look for when determining if an election was stolen.
There is some indisputable evidence — and many very suggestive indications — that each of those conditions for concluding fraud in this election has been met. But many still refuse to even entertain the idea that this election was as crooked as a witch’s nose. After she’s been in 100 MMA fights. And fell from her broom flat onto her face.
The media and Big Tech sensors are working overtime to crush the evidence. So a lot of people don’t even know what is being alleged in sworn affidavits. I desperately want to believe that people, if presented the evidence, will accept it. Or at the very least be open to it, awaiting further confirmation. Please tell me my belief is not unfounded.
But before we get there, I want to ask a simple question:
Remember that a) lying in a sworn affidavit to a court is a crime. And b) doing anything that is seen as helping Trump will subject you to all manner of hell. In light of that, do you believe the countless witnesses who now have sworn to seeing illegal activity leading up to and through the election would lie?
Would Any of This Be Right?
Now, for those fair-minded people who support Biden, may I ask a few questions? Do you believe

So please answer me honestly: How many of these wrongs laid out in lawsuits are you willing to outright dismiss? Doesn’t fairness dictate you at least listen to what these people have to say? How many people must swear under penalty of imprisonment for perjury before you acknowledge the vote tallies are horribly tarnished?
Would Any of This Be Suspicious?
Now, my Biden-supporting (or Trump-hating) friends, can we do a little gut check? Aren’t you a little bit queasy about …
Yes, it is possible a good percentage of people could go, “I don’t care. Orange Man Bad.” But I want to believe that a majority of Biden voters will be honest enough to check their dislike of Trump long enough to acknowledge the reality of all the smoke, and the possibility of fire.
That they would rather have an honest count of legitimate — and only legitimate — votes. And they would want to see those who have committed fraud punished.
I hope they agree that the only path to re-unifying the country is the assurance of an honest count. And it is worth a few weeks of time to check it all out.
Even if Orange Man is Bad, a Stolen Election is far, far worse.

- It would be wrong for election supervisors to coach workers to correct mail-in ballots for Biden, but not for Trump?
- That it would also be wrong for election workers to coach voters to vote for Biden and Democrats, and follow them to the ballot station?
- It would be wrong for poll workers to go out to a Biden-Harris van in the middle of the night and fill out ballots?
- That it would be likewise wrong for poll workers to fill in the names of people who hadn’t yet voted when a “voter” comes in who is not on the voter rolls?
- It’s wrong for poll workers to ignore matching signature requirements?
- That it’s wrong for counting centers to keep Republican poll watchers from observing hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots?
- It was wrong for Philadelphia Democrats to ignore a court order that demanded poll watchers have their rightful access?
- That it’s wrong for a Democratic- controlled ballot-counting center Fulton County, Georgia to tell GOP observers they were done counting for the night … then resume counting the minute the observers left?
- It was wrong for Nevada voting officials to fabricate proof of residence data for non-eligible voters?
- That it was likewise wrong for postal supervisors in several states to order workers to pre-date late arriving ballots, so it would falsely appear they arrived on time?
- It is wrong to cast ballots using the dead?
- That it is wrong to count ballots from people ineligible to vote in a particular state?
- It is wrong for a state supreme court to ignore state law and the U.S. constitution to change the voting rules right before an election? Rules guaranteed to make the process more susceptible to fraud?

- Hundreds of thousands of votes popping up overnight election night … after the inexplicable halt in counting … in some places, 100% for Joe Biden?
- Philadelphia, a city notorious for election fraud, absolutely refusing to let Republican observers anywhere near the people handling mail-in ballots?
- In several states, piles of Trump votes suddenly getting taken from him, then the same exact number suddenly popping up for Biden?
- Dominion, the company behind the election system used in these states, being connected to the Clinton Foundation and George Soros?
- Dozens of states accepting Dominion’s system, despite its security weaknesses being so evident that Texas rejected it three times?
- The Associated Press reporting just last year that Dominion and its sister companies “had long skimped on security in favor of convenience and operated under a shroud of financial and operational secrecy despite their critical role in elections.”
- Lindsay Graham’s report on evidence of a ballot harvesting operation at Pennsylvania nursing homes which could have netted Biden 25,000 votes? (Ballot harvesting is illegal in Pennsylvania.)
- Biden vote totals in specific swing cities … and nowhere else … exceeding Obama’s by up to 40%?
- Vote tallies for Biden in Milwaukee exceeding Obama’s 2008 landslide … despite Milwaukee having fewer people than it did in 2008? (And despite Donald Trump greatly increasing his share of the minority vote.)
- Joe Biden underperforming Hillary Clinton almost everywhere … except in a couple crucial swing state cities … and only after counting in those states was halted?
- Joe Biden handily losing bell-weather states Florida and Ohio, but somehow defying history and won? This despite very little campaigning, a non-existent ground game, and a campaign message that ran counter to the economic interests of the American people.

SALEM, Ore. — Oregon’s elections director was abruptly fired in a text message by the secretary of state after he pointed out serious issues with the state’s aging and vulnerable technology for running elections.
Elections Director Stephen Trout learned in a text message Thursday night - as his department and county elections officials were still counting votes from the Nov. 3 election - that he was out.
On Friday, Secretary of State Bev Clarno, a Republican appointed to the position by Democratic Gov. Kate Brown, announced to county clerks and other elections officials in Oregon’s 36 counties that “today is also Steve Trout’s last day with the Agency.”

Election officials in the state were stunned.
Steve Druckenmiller, the veteran Linn County clerk, said Clarno’s action was “dangerous and so ignorant.”
“We are still in the election process right now. We are reconciling, we’re dealing with problems right now as far as your signatures and communicating with voters who didn’t sign the ballots,” Druckenmiller said. “We’re going to have to do recounts, all of these things. She doesn’t understand elections.”
Clarno’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

On Monday, the campaign to reelect President Donald Trump filed a mammoth lawsuit accusing Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and county elections boards throughout the state of violating the U.S. Constitution by unilaterally revising the law in a manner that deprives some voters of their rights to a free and fair election.
“In a rush to count mail ballots and ensure Democrat Joe Biden is elected, Pennsylvania has created an illegal two-tiered voting system for the 2020 General Election, devaluing in-person votes,” the lawsuit alleges.
“For voters that appeared at the polls, those citizens were required to sign voter registrations, have those signatures checked against voter rolls, vote in a polling place monitored by statutorily-authorized poll observers, and have their votes counted in a transparent and verifiable open and observed manner. By contrast, due to the arbitrary, unauthorized, and standardless actions of the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Kathy Boockvar, nearly 2.65 million votes were cast through a ‘mail-in’ process that lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters,” the suit claims.
The Trump campaign and two Pennsylvania voters allege that Boockvar “refused to require adequate verification of the voter’s identity. Rather than require votes to be received on the day of election, the Secretary permitted ballots received up to three days after the election to be counted without any evidence of timely mailing, such as a postmark. Finally, contrary to the in-person voting that is open and transparent to the parties and the candidates, Defendants permitted the review and counting of mail-in ballots largely in secret with no monitoring.”

Importantly, Act 77 prohibits a voter from casting both a mail-in ballot and an in-person ballot, unless the voter returns an unvoted mail-in ballot and declares that he or she has not voted by mail.
“Defendants failed to take adequate measures to ensure that the provisions of the Election Code enacted to protect the validity of absentee or mail-in ballots, including without limitation Act 77, were followed,” the lawsuit alleges.
2. Confusing guidance
On August 19, 2020, Secretary Boockvar sent all the 67 county election boards a guidance document claiming that the “naked ballots should be counted pursuant to the Pennsylvania Election Code.” (A ballot is considered “naked” if it is not returned in the secrecy envelope, as required by state law.)
On September 17, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected that position, but Boockvar did not send a follow-up guidance telling the election boards that they must not count naked mail-in ballots.
On September 11, Boockvar’s office sent the county officials another guidance regarding applications for mail-in ballots. That guidance did not mention the key fact that state law requires a voter to sign a mail-in ballot application, and the law requires officials to verify that signature before sending out a ballot.
The lawsuit claims the September 11 guidance forbade signature verification in vetting mail-in ballots and ballot applications. It also cites a September 28 guidance memo, in which Boockvar claimed that the “Election Code does not permit county election officials to reject applications or voted ballots based solely on signature analysis.”
“Despite the fact that well over a third of the votes were cast by mail, Secretary Boockvar and the Pennsylvania Department of State did not undertake any meaningful effort to prevent the casting of illegal or unreliable absentee or mail-in ballots and/or to ensure the application of uniform standards across the County Election Boards to prevent the casting of such illegal or unreliable ballots. Officials in Luzerne County found that a temporary seasonal election worker trashed nine military ballots received in unmarked envelopes, seven of which had been cast for President Trump.

During the election, voters reported receiving mail-in ballots even though they did not apply for them. Many reported having received multiple mail-in ballots, some as many as four or five.
“Moreover, at the polling locations on Election Day, voters were informed that they must vote provisionally because they had applied for mail-in votes, even though those voters report that they neither applied for nor received mail-in ballots,” the lawsuit notes.
Some voters reported having received unsolicited mail-in ballots, but when they went to their in-person polling places, the poll books reflected that no mail-in ballot had been sent.
On the other hand, even though poll workers told voters that they were recorded as having already voted by mail, the workers let the voters cast ballots in person to be recorded on ballot machines.
Poll watchers reportedly observed poll workers mishandling spoiled mail-in or absentee ballots that should have been voided after the voters returned them in order to vote in-person instead.
5. Unsecured voting
In Allegheny County, voters reported that poll workers watched voters cast provisional ballots in such a way that the poll worker could determine which candidate the voter had selected.
6. New Jersey voters
In Centre County, a poll worker reported that people who identified themselves as New Jersey voters — rather than Pennsylvania voters — were allowed to cast provisional ballots in person.
7. Changing votes for Trump
In Chester County, an observer claimed to have witnessed an election worker alter the results of unclear ballots. The worker dealt with over-voted and under-voted ballots — ballots that marked either zero candidates or multiple candidates for one or more offices. “The observer reports that in numerous instances the election worker altered the over-voted ballot by changing votes that had been marked for Donald J. Trump to another candidate.”
8. Mis-addressed ballots
The lawsuit claims that “dozens of mail-in ballots were addressed to single addresses, each ballot being in a different name. Based on the carrier’s experience delivering mail to those addresses, the carrier is aware that the people whose names were on the ballots are not names of people who live at those addresses. In addition, ballots were mailed to vacant homes, vacation homes, empty lots, and to addresses that do not exist.”

“It is estimated that 680,770 ballots were processed by the Allegheny and Philadelphia County Boards of Elections when no observation was allowed,” the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit brings no fewer than seven counts against Boockvar and the county election officials, claiming that they violated the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution and the Electors and Elections Clauses of Article I in the Constitution. In broad strokes, the lawsuit accuses the defendants of unilaterally making law on elections, depriving the legislature of its rights, and of denying voters and the Trump campaign equal protection under the law.

Two reporters offered a preview of the media blackout of misdeeds we’ll get for four years if Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden lands in the White House.
Yesterday in Philadelphia, when Kayleigh McEnany, President Trump’s spokeswoman, and Ronna McDaniel, chieftain of the Republican National Committee, offered proof of voter fraud in Michigan, the worthies of the Fourth Estate pretended they didn’t hear.
One reporter mentioned the dreaded “C” word — conspiracy — to dismiss and mischaracterize clear evidence of fraud. The two said they had more than 100 affidavits alleging vote fraud and almost 3,000 incident reports in Michigan alone.
Michigan went for Trump in 2016, and seemed to vote for him again. But then a surge of votes for Biden put the elderly candidate over the top — at least according to the leftist media.
Massive Vote Fraud
After explaining that Democrats oppose voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote because they “welcome illegal voting,” McEnany tossed this grenade: In Wayne County Michigan, she said, “Republican poll watchers were denied their legal right to monitor the election and purposely kept in the dark, both literally and figuratively, poll watchers or election workers blocked windows and padlocked doors.”
Worse still:
“We’ve heard hundreds of instances of election workers who were verbally accosted,” she said. “They verbally accosted our poll watchers and refused to let them challenge questionable ballots.”
That sounds like physical intimidation as well, something with which Trump supporters are familiar thanks to Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
Biden’s bouncers booted the GOP poll watchers off voting sites, she said:

The employee’s supervisors, McDaniel said, ordered her “never to ask for a driver’s license or any photo ID when a person was trying to vote.”
Then came the back-dating of ballots that had not landed in the voting system by the 9 p.m. deadline on November 3:
Backdating was also a problem in Pennsylvania, as The New American has reported, but reporters just don’t care. Ridding the world of Trump is too important a job to deal with distractions such as vote fraud.
“Do you have any evidence that you can show us today that shows that illegal votes were cast?” a reporter asked.
McDaniel had just offered the evidence.
“Well I just … I think I just went through that with you with somebody backdating ballots, that’s called illegal,” McDaniel explained.
And “how did the conspiracy against red counties and Republican voters with the GOP…” a reporter began.
“How is it a conspiracy when a whistleblower from the City of Detroit is saying I was told by my supervisors to lie and backdate ballots?” McDaniel replied. “This is somebody protected under the law. There’s no conspiracy there.”

Then came the back-dating of ballots that had not landed in the voting system by the 9 p.m. deadline on November 3:
On November 4, 2020, a City of Detroit election worker was instructed to improperly pre-date the absentee ballots received that were not in the QBF. She was told to alter the information in the QBF to falsely show that the absentee ballots had been received in time to be valid. The election employee also observed a large number of people who came into the satellite location to vote in person but they had already applied for absentee ballots. These people were allowed to vote in person and were not required to return the mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mail ballot.

Backdating was also a problem in Pennsylvania, as The New American has reported, but reporters just don’t care. Ridding the world of Trump is too important a job to deal with distractions such as vote fraud.
“Do you have any evidence that you can show us today that shows that illegal votes were cast?” a reporter asked.
McDaniel had just offered the evidence.
“Well I just … I think I just went through that with you with somebody backdating ballots, that’s called illegal,” McDaniel explained.
And “how did the conspiracy against red counties and Republican voters with the GOP…” a reporter began.
“How is it a conspiracy when a whistleblower from the City of Detroit is saying I was told by my supervisors to lie and backdate ballots?” McDaniel replied. “This is somebody protected under the law. There’s no conspiracy there.”
At this writing, a Google search for “131 affidavits 2,800 reports” returns one result from a mainstream media source.

There are several reports on Election night that five battleground states quit counting on Election night.
NewsMax pointed out the coincidence of it happening in those five states with Democratic governors (except for Georgia) with Trump ahead before the “pauses.”
Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada mysteriously quit counting after midnight.
We reported on this late at night on election night!
This never happens.
The liars at Far Left Politifact later came out and said the counting did not stop in these states.
As usual Politifact is only telling half the story.

In Georgia and several states on election night the officials announced they would resume counting in the morning.
It was a head fake.
In Fulton County Georgia elections officials told the media and our observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center at State Farm Arena at 10:30 p.m. on election night only to continue counting ballots in secret until 1:00 a.m.
In Michigan they dumped 138,000 votes for Biden in the middle of the night.
Not one vote went for Trump.
Wisconsin also dumped votes at 4 AM — ALL FOR BIDEN.
In Pennsylvania Joe Biden received OVER ONE MILLION VOTES after election day — over ONE-THIRD of his totals!
This happened over and over again.
Why? Why did this happen at 11 PM on Election night?
Democrats knew they were getting trounced.
Who organized the call?
