So... if nobody care if you produce subpar weed, then Chronic/big bud/critical mass. But if you are anywhere in an active medical state, grow what people want. simple

i think things have evolved allot since the start of this thread , i think commercial strains now have to be flavourful , powerful , and colourful and stink to high heaven ,

i think people would struggle now to sell pot of gold , or chronic or big bud , for a good price ......................... i they have become the last resort type of strains for smokers

AK47 still is a great commercial strain, at least the cut I have had for ten years now. Quality And taste I would say is very close to the top elite clones and with excellent yield.

If you are thinking of big yield also think about what you want in terms of product. I've seen Super Silver Haze yield astronomically, but it gets real tall (depending on pheno) and can take 10 weeks and is mostly sativa in the smoke.

If it's yield and ease for a big grow I still think ak47 is big yielding, fast, and easy in terms of size and cloning.

Not the AK that is available now days through serious. At least not in my experience, it yields good, but is downright average as far as quality, taste, high ect. Decent but wont hold up in todays market.

There must be someone with a ripoff seedline based on serious' old work. I've heard fms is like the new serious one, as in not great.

Just got hold of an old shiva skunk (nl5 x skunk) line from Eskobar, meant to be done really quick with great yields and high quality taste. We will see if it still holds up..

I think you are correct Headees in saying that AK today is not like it use to be. I had a couple friends grow it recently looking for something spectacular and they came up with only 'decent'. I ended up giving them a cut of mine.

I still think it is possible to find a good pheno, but it is much harder and the genetics seem to be watered down. Luckily I have my clone and there are quite a few going around of mine and other nice pheno's, so it should still be quite easy to find.

gotta agree with this , although you have to get the right pheno ,

iv been giving this some thought , and overall id have to say a good blueberry is the overall best ....................... its about the only strain that you could successfully sell in any country around the world for good money , even in cali i bet !

excels in every department , taste , yield, high ,colour, bag appeal , plus its world renowned everyone has herd of blueberry
