best auto flowering strain

Any strain that auto flowers usually has Ruderalis in its heritage and is not worth even growing.

[...] alot of auto flowering strains have genetic defects, such as hermi's and again not worth growing. [...]
In remarks such as these, isn't there an unfortunate element of OT in the first place? Why try to change the thread's topic? The issue was not whether auto strains are "worth growing" or not, the issue was which auto strain is the best, and which auto strains there are.

I humbly submit that you might be a little out of line here. If you dislike auto strains I'm sure it would be preferable to start an "auto bashing thread", or contribute to an existing thread which does deal with the pros and cons of auto strains. Why ruin the fun of others? Bad netiquette in my book.

Sorry I didnt mean to sound like an idiot. A lot of times people are ripping these hybrids before they even get a chance. Sorry agian, I was definetly a little abrasive there.

Not a problem, I didnt mean to come off like I did, I should have started out with a "This is just my opinion"

I should consider the work people like yourself have done to improve these strains before I open my mouth.

so I appologize as well!

One thing I should have considered and I didnt at first, was the thing about breeding, when a living organism shows any genetic trait be it a dominant trait or resessive trait it is easy for a breeder of that species to breed for that specific trait and breed out the traits that they deem negative, in point being, such s the low THC and poor smoke quality of Ruderalis, and keep the positive auto flowering trait.

Spot on, that's the constructive approach! And as for my last post, I didn't mean to sound rude either.

the best? i have to say guerilla gold is the best for outdoors, but over half of the plants i grew out were more photoperiod sensitive than actually autoflowering.

for all your autoflowering needs, masterlow has been my favorite of the lr-family ive toked. i ran some lr2 f2's but they all turned out hermie so they were chopped rather early on. the blue streak looks fantastic! i cant wait to germ mine. :)

lr#1 is trash imo, valuable stepping stone to take it to the next level but for the headstasher, it sucks. ive grown it out twice and the weed is either set aside for back-up as i smoke something good or given to family.

*** Very well put.In the end this style of plant is usually a better choice due to the yield you will not get from a true autp flower strain.

***I like guerilla gold i like sweet 105 they have auto's and photo sensitive phenos, i like the early finishing stuporsonic but most of the stupors i grew were very late finishing but very potent.

*** i tried LR two yrs running..could not give it away, but nice looking lil plants.
doc gt has a total auto flower strain selected from sweet 105.
quite potent for an auto, finish in 85 days and very small.
I liked the normal Sweet 105 alot .I got some 7ft plants that were tasty and
yielded well.Guerilla gold is a good one too.

i dont know if theres more in my batch of seeds but i had a friend go crazy with an LR male on some nirvana hindu kush and White Widow. From one of these random seeds i got a frosty purple calyxed autoflower. Way dank. I wish i had pics yall may have to take my word for it. haha

Guerilla Gold is no doubt a good and early strain. But that's what it is, early :) Not autoflower. You can even keep in in veg and take cuttings which is a good trait.

I'm going to try it next summer, it seemed to do good at our northern latitude.

yea well if you really grew GG you would Know there are true auto flowers within the strain, mighty mite/afghani automatic side of the strain...just to let you know

i think its just a trait of some cannabis, how does that work? i mean any change in something is a cause of mutation. But many people automatically(no pun intended) assume a negative when they hear the word mutation. How do you think we got here? :)

I had a zamal X nevilles haze (99% sativa) from female seed pretty much autoflower on me, though I know this was not to usual and common. I wish i would have pollinated it with a Lowrider2 or something (don't know how stable the automatic AK47 is).

Anyway, the semi/mild auto flowering trait surely comes from the zamal, as other have reported it having this trait at times. I will do a pure zamal grow and if I find this precious trait again, I will surely make a cross. I urge others who have courage and patience with extreme exotic sativas to try the same. Gytpsy still has some non bred seeds, but they are almost gone I think. Though flowering time may increase, so would the yeild, and the quality of the high would simply be amazing I think.

I admit I have been thinking the same about all Ruderalis crosses, that it was not worth using time on.But as the time has went, and new crosses saw the light of day, interesting things could be around the corner?Although I have big difficulties seeing a good Sativa strain with a long flowering being helped by breeding Ruderalis into it.I think it has been tried in Holland? As far as I know Sensi Seeds has used much time on the possibilties of Ruderalis.
But as for the new "AK47-Blueberry-WW etc X LR could be interesting.I`m excited how good they will be.

Apparently a damn site more stable than LR #2, i even remember Ch@ppers stating at PG he wasn't impressed by his pack of LR #2 & he's grown/growing out just about all the Autos strains: JD's, Mdanzigs, Lowlifes & hobbiest bread autos.

How about Stuporsonic did anyone mention that one?

IMO Stuporsonic will not count as an auto. I've never heard of Stuporsonic flowering without a dark period. Outside it took until the end of july to start forming pistils.

I know lowrider, but i have heared that LW isnt very potent. are there other auto flowering strains? which one is the best?

Don't think it is the best, but Rhuderalis Indica is supposed 100% auto-flowering. After trying many different seed, I have yet to find anything that is near as good as the breeder claims, potency wise that is. I have not dealt with any auto-flower strains as of yet, however I would suggest doing as I have done and purchase a pack of Rhuderalis Indica and make your own cross. Sensi Seeds has 1 pack left on Seedbay. I picked up a pack a couple months ago. $21.00 I received one of the older packs that were supposed to come with 15 seed, mine had 16 in it :headbange along with a requested freebie pack of Annac Columbian x Biko. I think this would give you the most diversity and allow you to find/create a real gem yourself. Good luck on your endeavor. :joint:

How about a cross like this? :muahaha:
