Who's Sugar Black Rose? I ran the auto version from Delicious Seeds. Decent smoke, but a couple plants weren't sure what pronouns to use.

Delicious Seeds Fem, was a freebee included with a recent buy. I will take cuts before the flip.
I hope for the best, if its not worthy, then culled.

I have yet to grow an auto, no room in the veg box for a full blown plant due to all the other
regular cultivars waiting to select.

Cuts taken of Sugar Black Rose, Agent Lemon, Gorilla Girl.

The veg box is stinky with the new plants, but scrubber is doing its job.

The plants in flower stacking as they do.

F1 x P1 plants flipped last week, potted two in one pot, topped twice, potted three in one pot topped once.

Maple Leaf Indica, Orange Sherbet FEM, thunk, and a few 07 in flower, chugging along.

Thunk will flower 8-10 more weeks, and I'm fine with that.

The Maple Leaf Indica, Orange Sherbet FEM are soon to chop, maybe two more weeks, we'll see.

Orange Sherbet plant cutting is slow to grow, the plant in flower is nice, but lacking orange scent, mostly hash/citrus pot smell.

A freebee included with a recent purchase, if the veg plant fails, no big loss.

The three Agent Lemon in veg blowing up, as soon as cuttings root will flip those seed plants.

The Gorilla Girl FEM in veg is also a slow growing plant, but more robust than the Orange Sherbet plant cutting.

Maybe next week will top that Gorilla Girl and try to root her, another freebee, fingers crossed.

If she roots I'll be happy, the only Gorilla Glue genetics I have at the moment.

The three 07 plants in flower soon to chop, cherry lemon hash funk.

The thunk packing well, will be a a few more weeks, and then a few more weeks, lol

The potted F1 x P1, two up in one pot was male, culled.

The potted F1 x P1, three up, all female, and bushing up in flower.

The Maple Leaf Indica in flower is 57 days since flip, I flower 11/13 and figure that extends flower time somewhat.

Many growers chop MLI at or around 50 days.

Not really sure which pheno she is, scent is a mix of many terpenes, likely a syrup pheno based on what I have gleaned from the web.

The three 07 plants also at 57 days, but they will easily go to 70 days.

The sole Orange Sherbet plant is at 48 days, will take her another twenty days and go from there.

That Orange Sherbet plant is very trich loaded, I will enjoy that smoke for sure, hoping now the cutting in veg takes off.

Recently flipped three Agent Lemon

Sugar Black Rose

Maple Leaf Indica

These have been in veg a few weeks, will be good plants for yield.

Will pop some ChemDog soon.

Twelve plants in flower, five soon to chop.

Pics when I get around to it.

Stay tuned.

Gorilla Girl still lagging?

Thanks for asking, that FEM plant is leafing up now, and will be a welcome addition to my stock.

I'll let her veg a couple weeks, maybe more, then flip. The cutting is rooting as we speak.

My optimum flower time in now until June, with a lag in February cold spells.

The flower cab is packed, and with the perpetual method, will enjoy good yields for the next few months.

The Orange Sherbet plant in veg is the slowest plant I have grown, under three inches after fifty four days.

Wow - that’s glacially slow!

I’m curious to see what you think of the GG. Two modern classics combined to compare with your stable of old-school standouts. 🙂

The GG I have is from Sweet Seeds, a slow veg plant, but she has hit her stride.

That Orange Sherbet has started reaching for the light, yes, the slowest, by far, plant I have vegged.

I'll post back after flip.

Chopped the MLI at 65 days, all cloudy, some amber on leaves.

New growth on tops, maybe a second wind, but no, chop.

Paper bagged to dry a few days, then final trim, and into a jar.

Maybe 5g dry yield.

Enough to test for potency and taste.

That plant has a bushy cutting in flower as we speak, and cuts in veg.

There are a few more seeds to pop to hunt, later in the season.

The Orange Sherbet plant in flower at 56 days.

A very musky citrus diesel scent, I will enjoy that smoke.

Three 07 in flower also at 56 days.

Will push those another couple weeks before chop.

The thunk still packing, with the black pepper scent a delight.

The F1 x P1, three up, is also bushing up, hard to say which of the three plants is the most fragrant, but all similar.

First time I flowered three plants in one pot.

If you're more concerned with sampling or testing a range of plants in a restricted space, rather than getting maximum production from one plant, its a good low-effort strategy. Orange sherbet sounds v nice!

Production was the least of my concerns going into a personal grow, other than flowering enough for me and mine.

I am all about low effort, as I easily work 70 hour/week, my grow lacks the time to properly care many take for granted.

I dream of 1GPW, but until I retire, the low yield high potency will have to do, lol.

As a result my yields are lackluster and problems are longer to resolve.

I could easily afford to dump my grow and just buy product as I see fit, but that is not how I roll.

I do risk much with my grow, but am willing, and financial, to cope with the worst case.

The Orange Sherbet seems a worthy pheno, and after the chop and sweat, will determine the fate of the runt in veg.

Correction:

The three 07 plants were flipped 09-03-2021, so updated flower to date is 81 days as of 11/22.

Chop tomorrow lights off, they are ready, had to double check date duration.

Final trim of the MLI, and back in the jar, she is sweet, but no fruit, like sugar syrup.

The Orange Sherbet is at 60 days.

Wet trimmed the three 07 plants, wet yield is 25.6g.

Guessing under 8g dry yield on them, quality sour lemon cherry buds.

If I flowered to fill the box with these, say 16 plants, I would yield about 43g.

About .26g/w.

My cross, my lackluster method.

lol.

Two Agent Lemon plants in flower males, culled, they were stinky sour lemon, 01, 02.

Agent Lemon: Original Agent Lemon x Jack the Ripper, by Regular Seeds.

Will finish the 03 female, cut held in veg.

Them two males held in veg, will pop more Agent Lemon seeds later and open pollinate with all the females
with them males for a bunch of seeds to hold, as these genetics are worthy for stash/potential crosses.

Popped three ChemDog seeds, OG Kush x Sour Diesel by Anesia Seeds.

Two seeds looking mature, one pale looking.

We'll see.

Sampled the MLI buds, about a week in the jar, very good smoke,
a creeper with an unexpected head buzz, after a few more weeks
in the jar will be an exceptional smoke.

Another plant is in flower, plus cuttings in veg.

Update of plants.

Flower Box

Veg Box

I'll post some mug shots soon.

The three Chemdog seeds got tails after 60 hours water soak.

Forgot to deploy the seedling heat mat, now all is warm, cuttings too.

Chopped the Orange Sherbet.

OS cutting in veg will be a couple more weeks before I can take a cut, she so slow, lol
