I go back and forth on popping those THUNK seeds. 100+ days is a long flowering time though.

You can easily train them to fit the space you have.

No pressure, but you will very much enjoy the finished product.

I've been flowering that pheno many years, Sam knew a winner and crossed well.

I'm going to post some pics soon of the plants and the damage done due to fungus gnats.

Fungus gnats, not root aphids.

The thunk was hit hard, lol.

Likely candidates for the worst looking plant contest.

I have cleansed the grow of the little buggers, and sprouted new seedlings, pics of all soon.

Six thunk x WR seedlings transplanted.

Six F1 x P1 seedlings transplanted.

The two thunk rooted cuttings transplanted, the current mum thunk is done, tossed.

F2 03 02 x P1 07, two mums in veg, will take new cuts and flip the donors.

Thunk in flower will get chopped next week, the smallest thunk ever, lol

I will pop some thunk x Southern lights seed too, looking for the lime pheno I had way back when.

Pics when I get around to it.

Need to say that no new gnat flyers in a couple weeks, that's why I moved forward with new seedlings and cuttings.

The fly trap sticky tape was littered with the bodies of dead flyers in both flower and veg.

Was unconvinced of the need for fly tape, but now am a believer.

There are pics to post, but cannot post them to the thread.

They are added to my album, but that's as far as it goes.

Done it before, even after the re design, but now the method escapes me.

The thunk from January flip, chopped last week at 15 weeks +/-, around eight inches tall.
She won the battle, barely, with fungus gnats, the stunted growth clearly evident.

Fly strip is littered with the flyers.

The thunk cuttings I hold now, taken from the mum in veg, long dead.

The cuttings were the smallest I have had root successfully.

The F1 x P1 plants, will take cuttings of four and flip two, reserving the topped plants to veg a few weeks.

The thunk x White Rhino plants. Will top two and reserve the donors in veg and flip the other three.

Obviously found the best way to post pics, different from the previous version of icmag software.

Whatever.

Also of note, I have started to up pot to black containers to avoid the associated issues
with the translucent cups I've been using to date.

No plants in the flower box as I write this, but soon will remedy that situation.

I topped four F1 x P1 plants, the tops being the cuts I will root.

I forgot to label the cuts related to the donor plants, sigh.

With 10x magnifier I re associated the cuts with the donor plants, took a while, but damn.

The thunk x White Rhino association is intact, wont make that mistake again, lol

Flipped two F1 x P1, three thunk x White Rhino plants.

Untopped, SOG style. The thunk x White Rhino plants will likely top out too tall, so LST may be employed.

Grow on!

Still lots of flyers on the sticky tape, but plants seem okay for now.

Flipped a few to flower box, there will be yield.

Two thunk x WR in flower show female, no cuts of them, two more in flower, with cuts in veg, no sex yet.

The 07 in flower is throwing pistols, but damaged from the gnats, a few in veg, just rooted, transplant soon.

The 07 is the surviving result of my bagseed cross. Likely will wind that project down, as interest on my part wanes.

Many seeds to pop of that cross, with several lines to explore, we'll see.

There is also WR x WR seeds to pop.

Is chemdog still a thing, got some seeds, OG Kush x Sour Diesel. Will pop soon.

Also got some Maple Leaf Indica regs to sprout.

Looks like the two thunk x WR in flower that have back up in veg are male.

The other two thunk x WR, without back up are female, natch.

Fuck me, right.

No worries, there are many more seeds to pop of that cross.

The F1 x P1 plants in veg are okay, two have the retarded leaf serration described earlier in this thread.
I may have mis labeled the cuts from those mums,
so I culled all the F1 x P1 plants in flower because I have doubts on which is which.

The gnats had their way with them anyway.

The two thunk x WR plus the 07 will give me some yield in a couple months.

And on deck is OG Kush x Sour Diesel, and Maple Leaf Indica

New genetics, Maple Leaf Indica and Pineapple Cream Cookies in veg ready to transplant.

The three 07 in veg are good, will top two, veg a few weeks and flip, will keep a mum of the 07.

Will pop chemdog seeds later in the fall after temps cool down.

Got some Agent Lemon too.

Meanwhile, the cross project is winding down, nothing special there, have many seeds to pop, we'll see.

***EDIT***

My mistake, I posted Pineapple Cream Cookies popped, when in fact it is Orange Sherbet.

Chopped the 07 flipped back the beginning of June, maybe 5g dry yield, also the two thunk x WR flowered with no trichs, culled.

Anyone ever flower a plant that never made trichs, some messed up shit right there.

The Maple Leaf Indica and Pineapple Cream Cookies plants are happy with the transplant to coco.

The only plant in flower is an 04 from the bag seed cross project, two tops, chop in a couple weeks.

No mum of 04, done and done.

As summer hot temps continue my plan is to take cuttings of the 07 plants in veg and flip two after they bush up a bit.

The thunk mum is happy, and will take cuts and flip the mum after cuts root.

I'm letting the Maple Leaf Indica and Pineapple Cream Cookies plants veg long enough to take
a few cuttings, then will flip the seed plants.

As Maple Leaf Indica and Pineapple Cream Cookies plants are regulars, will keep both males and females, natch.

My mistake, I posted Pineapple Cream Cookies popped, when in fact it is Orange Sherbet.
