Here's that Nebula:

All fucky from nutes lock, still frosty and all garlic and onions.

The Nebula cured about a week and now smells like feet.

Stinky sweaty feet.

I haven't smoked any yet, and frankly kinda' worried.

Unless the stone is as unique as the scent, this plant
and all the cuttings will be culled. All of them. ALL OF THEM.

Who breeds this stuff anyway, lol

Feet ey...... yummy? Lol

If you are handing out any test samples make sure they see you pull the nug from your sock. Really get them thinking!

Things are looking great DC. (Sorry the smell was less than desirable) let us know about the smoke report.

Pics can wait.

I have started a new batch of living soil to use for
some cuts this next batch.

Nothing wrong with coco, I want to grow some in dirt
and see what difference that makes in profiles.

Fresh worm castings and tea, here I come!

F2 03 08 harvest:

Chopped at 75 days, sticky and stinky, another sour pheno.

Forty six grams wet weight, figure twelve grams dry yield.

F2 01 xx's harvest:

picture.php

Chopped at 76 days, sticky and stinky, diesel cherries.

Sixty seven grams wet weight, figure seventeen grams dry yield.

These two plants are very alike, so I combined them for dry and cure.

They are so much more sticky and fragrant than the F2 03 08.

Chopped that fucky Nebula, my bad, she was lockout/toxic
from the CX root stuff.

Resin all over the plant, she was a trooper, but this one will
be for hashish, no buds for me.

Switched a 55W PL L for four 10W 2700K screw in LED
in the flower box. I'll track temperature the next few days and
decide if I will switch the remaining 110W PL L.

Fourteen grams yield from the two F1 xx's.

Eleven grams yield from that F2 03 08, she is omitted from
selection, bud structure loose and too leafy.

Decent enough, flipped the mum plant, after that, she gone.

I will pop some F1's to have for back cross later this year
along with the three F2's chosen.

I have a white rhino showing pistols, that's good, if the
third white rhino I have, which I need to take cuttings,
shows female, then there will be white rhino F2.

That would give me two females and a male. Whatever the
outcome of the third rhino there will be F2's.

I have the male, and he stinky, lol

Been smoking on the F2 01 xx's that I jarred recently, and glad to
report the effect is quick onset, heady and so nice.

Thinking of it as a replacement to my zamaldelica pineapple pheno.

The F2 01 xx's have staying power and better flavor,
spice and sweet cherry caramel, with a hint of cinnamon.

A couple tokes goes a long way, a real crowd pleaser too.

No scary, omg at all like with the zamaldelica Z 02.

I'll always keep my Z 01, natch.

Sampled the nebula, bland, but decent mix of body/head.

Not a keeper, I'll flip the mum plant though.

Designing a drip feed system for the flower room.

I would like to multi feed and semi automate for
flex time.

If I figure correctly I can add on for the veg room too.

Need info about a pump for 24 pressure compensated drippers,
I prefer not to run wide open for such a small grow.

Source timer for pump.

Tall, narrow reservoir.

Waste catch and drain set up.

Check valve.

Got a shopping list for the irrigation rig, incomplete, I'm sure,
but most of the main items are sourced/ordered.

Miscellaneous fittings and what not can be got on the fly
at local hardware shop.

Figure just under 120.00 US for the rig.

The F3 is in the chute, dropped micro a couple weeks
ago and she loved it. Her two tops are real big and
solid to the moderate squeeze.

Diesel hash, slight lemon. The sensi star influence I believe.

This plant is a one off, no mum kept, a result of a hermi
accidental selfing.

Clearly the genetics are speaking to me, I hope to learn
their language, lol

The F2 03 02 is full on flower, cherries, yum.

The White Rhino 03 is a leggy girl, stretched into the top
of the cabinet, must flip her much sooner or veg beyond
topping, need to bush out, like the F2 03 02.

The F2 03 08 mum plant is full on flower, this plant was
omitted from selection for reasons mentioned previously.

Cuttings taken again of the White Rhino 02, the other two
failed.

Cutting taken of the thunk.

The sensi star x nycd P1 cutting has been rooted, transplanted
and is growing well. the donor dad has been tossed.

All other genetics doing well, will take cuttings of the two Zamaldelica
phenos after the current set of cuttings root.

Trying to bank as much of the genetics as I can before the summer
heat stress sets in.

The LED fixtures are complete, will swap out the PL L soon.

Veg box will keep the PL L for maximum headroom.

Drip auto system is a work in progress, deciding on a pan
to drain below the box. To those who build DIY, think it
through to completion.

Damn retro fitting additional systems, lol

Plants are okay, chop the F3 soon, she is the future.

Made the switch, PL L system in flower removed and replaced
with screw in LED fixtures, twelve total.

Lit eight of the 10W bulbs for now, all plastic diffuser removed.

The PL L is rated 87 lm/W. At 165W I had 14355 Lumens.

The LED screw is 80 lm/W. At 120W I now have 9600 Lumens.

The PL L was much more diffused, soft light. Very nice
to look at, lol

The LED, bright glare and sharp shadows.

Time will tell if temps stay in control, I believe the LED
has zero IR, so correct me if I'm wrong.

If the plants like the new set up, fine with me.

thinking about using yoghurt cups too with coco but kinda worried about fast dryout
you must be handwatering at least twice/day
coz when it dry too much.. it will be game over fast.

when you usually top them?
do you add perlite to bottom or smtng else maybe?

awesome photos and thread
inspirational too :tiphat:

The plants get topped after growth comes in at the nodes,
maybe 4-5 weeks for seed plants. Rooted cuttings get topped
much sooner.

16 ounce cups, diatomaceous earth on the bottom,
I use SunLeaves bricked coco, sifted and boiled before use.

Then the coco gets charged to 0.6 EC. I blend fresh
and used coco for my plants.

Water one time per day, skip days when out of town.

Plants in veg do okay skipping watering, but plants in flower
are very angry after a dryout. I prefer dryout than keeping
them soaking in a water bucket for days.

No terrible loss from dryout, yield decreases, no doubt.

Reason number one for the drip system I'm setting up.
