Could be re-vegging from the looks of it. Not sure, didn't read it all sorry. I'm seeing single bladed leaves together with weird numbered blades and some twisted, usually new. I've seen this plenty of times outdoors when fucking around with supplemental lighting, like cutting it off too fast, bad timers or just being brought outside from an 18/6 artificial light too early in the season.
Kinda looks like they'll pull through, I wouldn't make any dramatic decisions. If I see something really funky I just top it off, the lowers will ride it out and you'll have nice plants.
