The_Core Yeah those will grow some pretty good sized plants. They spread their roots out more horizontally than vertical so the wide pots are a plus. I always close in the tops of my cages until the plants grow up out of it, just so no determined deer tries to bit the head off of one of my babies. If the holes are big enough you can leave it closed and just let the plant grow through it and use it for training, but I generally don't.
