Back from amsterdam...not what I expected

Good for you. Your story brought a lot of memories from my three visits there during the past couple of years. We seem to experience things the same way.

Of course I've never been to America so I can't compare.

RLD isn't as dangerous as you hear people saying. It's a popular tourist destination and you're rarely alone so as long as you stay on the main streets. The only moment I've felt threatened was when my gf decided she wanted to make a detour through one of these dark streets, some guys sniffing something looked at us very long and if a police hadn't walked nearby they would have came after us... but that's nothing. It's all BS.

It's crazy, man. You said you bought 4 grams.. I also never buy as much as I intend to cause the stuff is so strong - unless you get ripped off - that some five grams will last a week. Simply... the best city on earth.

Just got back from the dam for the first time. Smoked everything i could also researched. Got home last night and did a hit of my sour d and chemdog d and it is ten times better than anything in the dam. I was so sick of people there saying the weed there is the best. NOT!!!!!! But the city was fun and had a great time and DSO did a great Viola Lee Blues!

Yea.....the weed there is still quite potent.....but not the best....infact...nowhere near the best. Pretty much all of their weed has said hello to Mister Tumbler. Those who claim its the best havent grown their own from skills learned at places like OG and IC...cuz then they would have a different opinion.

Thats why they dont have magnifying lens' at the coffeeshops anymore...cuz then you'd literally be able to see yourself getting fucked lol

I felt safer in Jerusalem than I did in NYC and when I was in Jerusalem there were folks with assault rifles and skull caps everywhere, amazing how young the Israeli soldiers were, I was slightly amused/horrified when I got on a bus and the nice Jewish gentlemen in the white shirt and with a briefcase picked up his briefcase from the seat next to him to let me sit down and I noticed he had a mini Uzi hanging from a strap over his shoulder. He was from a town near Jerusalem and commuted in on the bus everyday, he joked that this particular bus route hadn't experienced a bombing in nearly ten years. I felt safer on that bus than I did on the New York subway! lol

I think amsterdam coffeeshop weed is good enough , and maybe even too strong for 99% of the people visiting Amsterdam. The other 1% are growers.

i wish i met a new yorker there...i only heard one american my whole trip and he was talking loud and drunk about he is "half irish and my friends can tell because of how much i drink" it was just a really obnoxious conversation....but the worst by far was the english kids...they were so loud but funny...i wish i could tell what english accents are which because it was deffinatley one kind of english accent if you know what i mean...im not really shitting on them because what they said was funny but it made me a little uncomfortable when there were big groups of them shouting and stuff...Again im kind of a dork HAHA

i do wish i met a few americans while i was there i kinda thought i would see tons of americans


By the way, you cant compare your own home grown bud to something you buy yours is ALWAYS better...but yes im sure there is more potent weed out there but i dont think im in a big hurry to try it unless im at home haha
