Auto's In The Backwoods

Have you tried bordeaux mix? Its a lime/copper sulfate fungicide. I used to use it as a last ditch organic fungicide when I had my market garden.

This stuff sticks to plants like plaster. I would NOT spray anything I wanted to smoke, but a barrier sprayed around your plants should keep all the snails and slugs away.

Its pretty cheap, too.

Nice info Claude.. i myself use liquid 7 dust or powder once a week or so..fireants and cutworms are bad here..not so much with snails...

ill look into this stuff, i need sumthing that sticks to plants myself...

I've tried alot of stuff outthere but the problem is it rains alot even during summer here so the rain washes that away and once that happens its game over lol, thx for the tip tho i'll look into to it

I have a questionn for you guys. I myself have been growing these guys here in the south and have done so indoors. This year is going to be my first year outdoor, and I have a hell of a seed crop ready to rock some socks.
The seeds are roughly 3 weeks from the plant matter(dry). How long should they set before re planting ?
Sorry for asking here and crashing the thread, just seen some goodol boys from my neck of the woods. By the way your grows look great and have me so fired up rite now. Keep up the great growing.

Hey SPX, good to see ya. 3-4 weeks and you should be good to go. I recently seeded some Mi5 and one of the seeds dropped off and sprouted right in the pot!

Sounds great muddy,
Wanted to make sure these babies are gonna be ready for april. Never grew them that fast and replanted. Its always been the next spring. Great to hear from you and hope all is well with ya.
Krull my friend, forsure gunna get them babies in the fridge. Another friend even said that would help the germ rate. Thanks for the info its always a great to have good people lookn out.

Hey Toker, thanks for the welcome and kind words.
My strains are MI5,ONYX,Low2,Short stuff1,blueberry,AK,white moscow and a bunch that I have crossed with one or the other. I have some MI5 that I crossed with some G13haze. I wanna see how thats going to work out. I hope good.
Ill try and do updates as I pull through the summer months on each one. I dont really like to post, just because of where we are(The South). Just another thing for me to worry about. Iv loved this site sense I found it though.
My boy muddy there hooked me with all the info on the autos and this place. Hes a good man and knows alot about these babies. To that I think I willl spark some of this funk I have grown in his honor. We are old CHQ buddies. Hes also a great writer like hemingway (my fav).
Anyhow all the best to you and your grows, and its great meeting fellow growers here in the south.

I think the main thing about AF's and yield is the veg, I think some sativas with aggressive rooting, and a good hearty AF inbred and never backcrossed would be a good start (especially for southern growers trying AF's)

we need more autos with either critical mass sativa pheno or Old Mother Sativa crossed into them :)
