No Wally, as a Pensioner we sometimes have more money than we need. Gotta remember most of we Oldies have no debt so $700 a week for a couple is good money. I think we're ahead of a lot of countries re benefits. (Countries including the Wonderful Land of the Brave and Free. But maybe not some European countries.)

I just hired a new car, rented a motel room and paid for three people to eat out for two days ... on the Pension.

The trouble for lots of Pensioners is the Grog. Let's be honest. If you've got a habit and you don't brew/distill your own ... you're gonna be broke. Oh yeah ... and depressed.

Personally I think it's wrong that our Senior members have all the money, own most of the houses. I have the sense my money is for nothing. I 'm still capable of supporting myself. When I see young Families struggling I sometimes feel guilt about my good fortune. Things seem arse-about somehow. (I woulda made a bloody good Commo! Except that's bullshit too.)

if you look at statistics , old folks in australia relying on the pension are not doing too good either on the whole,


way down from most of the rest of the developed countries ,

Hi Wal, I see the rain man of the cannabis boards is still being a negative old pissant and taking shots at someone who is in a fair bit of strife with the law ie yourself.

Something anyone with any style or class or even knowledge of how people who live outside the law operate wouldnt do.

To use a n old cliche our mate " wouldnt work in an iron lung ". He is a championship level dole bludger.

He is the kind of fella who grumps around whinging about life under his breath while trying to bludge freebies everywhere he can. Strain Whore is a very apt title actually, the guy thinks the cannaworld ( and the rest of the world ) owes him a living.

He used to travel overseas every Oz summer & lose all his seeds n cuts because he didnt have anyone who would look after them for him while he was over there. He would then return home to Oz and start begging and bludging whatever cuts and seeds he could get his hands on from the same online people he now trolls or has no contact with.

I usually ignore him but I won't be quiet when he keeps taking shots at a real life friend of mine ( you ) who gave him a lot of help in so many areas. You held his hand when he first travelled overseas for starters. Something I wouldnt have wished on my worst enemy knowing what EB is like.

A few years ago a lovely online fella from Europe sent the East Coast Sour Diesel cut, the C5 cut and the StarDawg clones to Australia.

He only made one rule - request about them. That we didnt give them to EB as our little mate had trolled him. He was willing to discuss the matter with EB but EB chucked one of his tantrums and the guy decided that he didnt want EB to have them.

Anyone else would have perhaps done a bit of soul searching and examined their own behaviour and why they have continual conflict with people who they were once friendly with but Rainman prefers to stamp his online feet and type insults at people or stalk them online and troll them.

You dead set need to have a look at yourself Elmer, what kind of grown man in his fifties trolls someone about their weight ?

Its a bummer that I even feel the need to type something like this as I prefer to be a positive person but I don't like seeing a mate who is in difficulty get trolled by someone who he actually gave a lot of help and advice to and who is a lovely bloke.

Type whatever catty shit you like about me Elmer, I wont read it anyway as I dont waste my time reading anything you post online.

Apologies to the Aussie forum as its not the kind of stuff that people want to read but I am not gunna sit here n watch Wal get trolled by Elmer without typing something.
