Both Counties that i have 30 acre plots allow me to to have 99 plants. If you buy premixed soil and use a yard a pot and a yard is $200 i would say that is well within legal limits as i spent more than double what he spent on just one spot and i am in legal limits

That right now is your best course of action.....you are legl so stay within the laws protections....otherwise you are NOT LEGAL and have no protection under the law.
Dogs are not the answer they are a known liability as well. Me personally, I like to use my horses or mini donkeys.....Jerusalem Donkies are mean vicious protectors of other herd animals.....they protect against tresspassers and predators...wolves,MtLions, coyotes, foxes, people etc.........
If you come in my horses paddock, you very well might get stomped to death if he does not know you.....that is a fact.....he has stomped my neighbors dog flat as a pancake, snakes, chickens, and has chased my buddies under the fence when I snuck off and left them in there and he saw them alone......
Show me a precedent where someone was attacked by a mini dinkey or a horse.......as opposed to having some Presa Canario's, PitBulls, RottWeilers or some sort of guard dog .
I am just saying.....there are other options and at this time and day we need to keep things as legal as possible where it is permitted to be so.

Here's a simple situation to further prove that going to the Magistrate court is a good idea.
Let's say you or your buddy is walking down the road, and that bitch drives over you. And i mean like literally, tires over your body,splat!
Then she stops, calls 911 and says there's been an accident.
She gets away.
If instead you had of filed that in the Magistrate court, there would have been a record that this person is a harasser (Forgive the non-egal term) and that if anything of that sort happens she will be in big trouble, and the police will know it is not an accident, whatever the situation.
Another example would be "oh i just wondered onto their property , i didn't even know where i was "
Nope , with that order in the system, and you willing, she's going to jail tonight.
If the problem continues this will give you a legal edge.

Yes, like TG said, FIRST try to go talk peacably to the woman....maybe offer a little med as a peace offering. Tell her that you are not that person and that you are sick and have needs and have paid money ofr this opportunity and you will make it very clear to this person or persons that you will not tolerate any non sense and that there will be serious reprimands if you are not left alone or left peaceably alone. I think that would be best before you went to the courts......remember though......you went and got legal for a reason....so you will have reasonable protections under the law that you are entitled to being a legal grow so please do not do anything to jeopardize this or any other growers who are trying to maintain their legal status.

Well,I have a bunch of guns, both long barrel and handguns, but I keep them properly stored. In Canada, you need a restricted license to own handguns, you can collect them or use for competition shooting. I've had police at my place a couple of times (I use around 30,000kwh a month...) and I've had no issues with them. Granted, I treated them with respect and showed them around my facility and gun safes without a warrant. Plus the wife made some excellent muffins and coffee, they loved it, lol. So I can chime in for never having issues when mixing guns and marijuana.
As for racism - it is unfortunate that you are in an area that has those types of tendencies; it happens all over, I've been beaten by white cops for drinking with a Native person, and I'm white enough to blend in with snow...

The thing is that donkeys have evolved to survive on very small amounts of food, their stomach digests very efficiently, so if not properly monitored, the donkey will get overweight and sick, which is animal abuse IMO. Donkeys rock for pulling carts and part time guard duty, but if you want a truly vicious animal that might spit at you or wrestle with you using its huge neck - get a smelly llama. For attack they bite and jab with their front hooves. As morbid as it sounds but I've found a few coyotes with rather flattened hamburger-like heads, courtesy of my male llama. As I've indicated they are more difficult to manage than donkeys, but as long as you treat the llama with love it will treat you in the like.
