1: sproutco is most correct 2 miracle grow soil is not complete for mj growing 3: i grow a red stemmed pheno, and the pic that has the caption above it "a bit of a mutant" is simply too bright red that is how a red stemmed pheno indicates a phos def. or uptake prob.
4: You have multiple probs. notice the "white leaves" on some of the plants. MJ being a heavy feeder will send roots out to find food.

Well, Sticky.....where are you and how are the babies?
We want to know how our starvation project in the cannabis infirmary is going. LMAO. Poor sticky icky. When are your going to test some ferts out on one of these seedlings? :yoinks: They look wet in the picture. Are you letting them dry out? 20-20-20 peters (new name Jacks classic) sucks as a fertilizer but that would be the one I might try out. 1/4 to 1/2 (1.25-2.5ml) teaspoon per gallon (3.8L) of water. ROFL. We are dieing with excitement to see what happens. :joint:

What was 1/3 strength? Was it drops or powder? What are the fert ratio numbers like 10-10-10? Sticky No! :yoinks: Just kidding. We will know something soon.

My old girlfriend used those shultz drops on her houseplants. They looked like crap from no light but the plants seemed green.(some leaves were always falling off. LOL) There are better ferts. I named some things to look for in a fertilizer for you a page or two back.

Sometimes it takes extra effort when gardening to get supplies. Call around to find what you want especially at small family owned garden centers. They may offer a better selection than mass marketed goods.

Next time you start seeds, get something like promix or fafard or majestic soilless mix which does not contain long term nutrients so we don't have to go through this drama of not knowing what to do.

Keep us updated.

It has little nitrate nitrogen and alot of urea and ammonia nitrogen. This is not good. It also appears to not have all the micros. They are iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, and molybdenum. See a few pages back for hints on what to look for in a fert. This fert should give us some results though.

WOW! so i just checked the babies... they are twice as green as yesterday!!! most of the yellowing leaves are regainging their green. the plant that was really bad in the other picture dropped those bad leaves and is also greening up! i am really excited to see what tomorrow brings!

:woohoo: resurrection - cause to become alive again; "raise from the dead"; revive: restore from a depressed, inactive, or unused state

so what did you do to heal them ?
Gave them some ferts. You might want to add 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) epsom salts per gallon (3.8L) of water along with your regular fert drops. Do this once and see what happens. Seriously, invest in some better ferts and ph adjust the fert water to 6 after mixing.

dumb questions

dumb questions

Quick question about ferts... what if you had 10-15-10 and then u also mixed it with 19-31-17? and u mixed them at half ratio.. would u get 14.5-23-13.5 or is this not true with fert?

I think it would depend on whether you measured it by weight or volume.
