No I went to App State. I spent my fair share of nights raging in Asheville though, great town. That's where I was planning on moving to if Colorado didn't work out for me but Colorado worked out quite well. If I ever go back to NC that's the area I'll end up at.
It's pretty bad some places out east. PA is super fucked. Other places not as much, but parts of WV are bad too.
Here is a map of gas wells in CO:

i would love to move to colorado but i think i would get home sick i love these applachian mountains and eastern ky. i do home they make it legal here though bc i would love to be able to grow in my back yard. i could grow some 15 foot monsters with 4-5 pounds on them like u guys do out there and in cali.
i just got back from going to the plot that i made huglekulture beds in and things are looking great. the blue widow started flowering on 7/10 and the nepjam started on 7/15. i got some cool looking purple hues on the NJ. ic 1 is Bw and pic 2-3 is the nepjamhttps://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=65762&pictureid=1628488View Image https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=65762&pictureid=1628489View Image https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=65762&pictureid=1628490View Image
P.s Duskay hope ya dont mind me posting pics in ur thread,if u do let me know i will remove them
It will be alright and recover, at least the deer won't want to eat it right?
The best lessons are learned the hard way
Not at all. Wow! those look nice!
I can't believe that Blue Widow has been flowering already...
When did you germinate? Did you have them indoors at all when they were seedlings?
Let's hope. I gave the stuff a whiff and, as you'd suspect, it smells like tea tree oil.
Idk if that's attractive for deer or what, but I guess we'll find out.
Hopefully no fungi want to fuck with it at least.
The good thing is that the plants haven't stopped growing. So it doesn't look like it'll be devastating, but FUCK does it look bad. Sometimes ya gotta learn shit the hard way; oils are much more likely to burn leaves than other shit you spray.
Is that seaweed extract essentially the same thing as kelp meal?
What I'm gonna have to start doing is making sprays with whatever fungicide or neem oil I'm using along with agsil16, and bring along some aloe vera powder and a little bottle of water to make aloe veda juice to mix into my sprays.
I think that next year im going to move away from Jack's. I might keep a little bit around for the stretch period, but that's it.
I'm thinking I'm just going to make teas with compost and insect frass (or maybe just a super strong insect frass tea) and feed with that. That way I can spray fungicides and aloe/agsil.
I want to have a living mulch too, but then I feel like top dressing becomes an issue. I want to do things like topdress and water in Calcium nitrate.
ya its basically the same thing except kelp meal is actually better. u can use organics and syntheic together. if u are just growing for personal smoke then organics is what u want to do for sure. the reason im not 100% organic is bc i sale alot of my product so i need the biggest yeilds i can get, plus around here people dont care if its organic or not. they dont even know the difference. i can get the same price per oz no matter if its chemical grown or organic so i stick with chems for commeical but my headstash strains i dont care about yeild which is why i those in living soil.
Eh, part of me would still feel guilty giving other people some bud to smoke that I wouldn't smoke.
Here are some pics from a couple days ago, plants are recovering quite nicely.

Next time I go out there, I gotta do some pruning, some spraying, and some feeding.
I also gotta remember to bring clover. God fucking dammit I keep forgetting to get clover.
Slownickel pointed something out to me though: these girls don't need as much water as I thought. This soil retains quite a bit of water deeper down. I'm gonna water less to give these roots some opportunity to dig deep and branch out.
Supercropped 'em again as well. I might squeeze one more in before flowering starts.
u need to get some taller stakes. i use black yarn that i use to tie my plants up with. in my spots i make sure that i have something like a tree or a torn bush behind my plant so i can tie the top and middle section up bc once buds get on it they start to lean over, esp when they get wet.just make sure to leave enuff space where u tie it up for the stalk to get bigger so it dont cut into the stalk or limbs.https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=65762&pictureid=1628232View Image https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=65762&pictureid=1628233View Image
