Yeah you can tell that one is growing fast, with the almost "wrinkly" look to some of the leaves. Had one that looked very similar last year, but a little lighter green.
If you don't mind how do you store your seeds...fridge or freezer ? I'm guessing cause 8-9 years is quite awhile.
If you really like it then you know you should be making a few new seeds this year.

I believe the wrinkly look is caused by rapid growth. Throwing out new leaf cells as fast as possible. I store my seeds in the refrigerator, as air-tight as possible. I've read that the freezer isn't as good. Unless it's vacuum sealed and kept at a constant very low temperature. I've been making seeds with them almost every year I've been growing them so I have it covered. Smoked some SFV OG x (Grape Ape x Bubblegum) a couple days ago. Very impressive. My friend had two phenotypes, one more grapey and one that was an OG grape mix. The OG grape mix was the best, ridiculously tasty and quite potent.

Thanks for that Rev.
So the fridge it is. I've just been using a "coolish" basement, and only get about 4 years of viability on average.
I see a rather local to me seedbank has djshort I might try the grape next year.
Yes rapid growth.
This is the plant I mentioned to you, it is 32 days old (june 11-'20) in the picture, and you can see is quite "wrinkly". Soil is well composed cow manure, composted maple leaves, and a little pro mix. I had to give it a little support to help against the wind. Too light a soil has disadvantages too. The support was only temporary.

One year i bought my mother one of them hanging baskets from the nursery down the street. It looked fine when i bought it but the next time i went by her house it was totally infested with what looked like every bug known to man.. i begged her to get rid of it but she was not having that i was so pissed i even had it in my truck. I gave that sucker a wide berth...

Mighty Mite, day 17, catching some rays, and pretty much hardened off.
From what I can find to read these are supposedly just one cola, but I see bushiness already, right from node one on a couple of them.
Got some smell to them already too.

Looks like plants stretch less when they have the right light spectrum.

Is the late start so it won't get too big and maybe finish a little earlier?

Outdoors, in my area, it is not too late; I'm sure it will grow taller than me, even though it is more indica than sativa. As for the date of collection, I think it is the opposite: the more mature the plant, the sooner it will flower. In addition, there is my natural photoperiod and climate: I hardly notice a difference between germinating in April or in the first half of June; but I do notice how the harvest is delayed after germinating in mid-June.

Salud.

Well I have found after many years growing at 50N that if I time my seedling so it is 2 months old right at the end of July it will finish earlier than an older seedling. Big plants just take longer to finish.
Even more so with clones, a plant put out the first week of July will finish a good week to 10 days faster than the larger plant put out mid May.
Maybe in your climate it's not the same as your sun would be more intense in September. But that has been my experience many times over the years.
These days I grow my 4 legal plants so I like them as big as possible with out messing with indoors so I start them outside early April.

Cheers 👍

Romberry Regen is surviving the sun & Heat. I guess her roots are doing their thing. She just wouldn't grow roots for about 6 months.

2 other seedlings are growing about 6 inches a day as we approach June 21.

Green OldTimers Haze #19 X A5 Haze (Feminised) ( A.C.E. )

She emerged yesterday (June 17, 2021) from the earth, and this dawn has detached from the outer shell.
It is living its first days in a flowerpot, inside a porch, next to a window. This is what she looks like right now:

Later, it will be transplanted abroad, in a hole in mother earth. It will be at about 39 ° North, on the North slope (which takes several hours of direct sunlight from me) of a hill (800-900 meters of altitude) on the North slope of Sierra Morena, in the interior of the Iberian Peninsula. Until a few days ago, we had a maximum temperature in the shade of 37 ° C, a nightly minimum of 21 °, and very little environmental humidity. However, a summer DANA is bringing us freshness and even rain from the Mediterranean, and the daytime highs have fallen to 27 ° C and the nighttime lows to 15 ° C ... Of course, I am afraid that this fresh respite will not last long. , and soon we will return to "Saharan days and tropical nights" without rest until well into September...

And many thanks to dubi and A.C.E. for your detail with me.

Health and good sativeo.
