Here is a bonus pic because I am loving these Golden Tigers. I like having an unexplored sativa growing. They are very sturdy plants with strong stems. All my plants have been drinking up rabbit poop tea.

Holaaaa, preciosidades...
Greetings from the northern slope of Sierra Morena, approximately 39° N and more than 800 meters above sea level.
This is how the weather is here; maximum temperatures in the shade have dropped slightly, giving us some respite: they are ranging between 38°C and 42°C. The atmosphere is still very dry: most of the day there is only 10% humidity (weeks ago, we were down to only 5/%).

This is how my 4 photodependent plants are doing.

The biggest in size is the King Congo (Congo Point Noire x Sounth African Ciskei Highlands; Tropical Seeds Company), born last May 15.
As I told you from previous experiences, being a hybrid of equatorial landrace sativa x subtropical mountain landrace sativa, it starts flowering earlier than most commercial indica hybrids: as soon as the hours of light begin to decrease.
As I also commented before, this does not mean that in my experience it has never been ready before November 15th.
The lower 5 nodes (10 twigs) have been pruned.
(The white powder is diatomaceous earth):

The next one is the Flash Back (Flo x White Widow; Sweet Seeds), born last 15-May.
The leaves are getting very asativated, which is pleasantly surprising me; although my favorite phenotype of Flo never seemed so sativa...
She has the 3 lower nodes (6 twigs) pruned; the white powder is diatomaceous earth:

The smallest one, still a seedling since it was born last 26-June, and without declaring sex; @MadMac 's [O.Haze x (Ultra Early Love Potion x Silver Bubble)] (the white powder is diatomaceous earth:

(At least my specimen, dear MadMac, shows excellent resistance to the dry heat of my summer.
Few varieties endure almost from birth in mother soil and under direct sun, without being shaded at least.
Almost every day of his life, the daily maximum in the shade was 40°C or more, up to 45°C (113°F) If you think that the only shade your seedling enjoys is that of some vulture lost in the heights, this little one has endured up to 55°C (131°F) of melting sun falling plummeting some midday...
When it gets a little taller, I will shade the soil with dried palm leaflets, like the others: now when watering, they end up covering the seedling.)

Hey everyone, I hope you’re all well.
A bit of an update for the Blackdog x Golden Tiger bx2’s.
I’m really happy with the way these are going. They have only been getting about three hours of direct daylight, when they get it and are performing extremely well under these circumstances.
There’s not a lot of variation in these and the size differences can be put down to a second planting about two weeks after the first. Smells and structure are on point but as always there’s one or two I’m keeping my eye on.
I culled the first two plants yesterday and will, probably, get it down to one male and one female.

The next two are of the double coteledon plant. This one has fallen behind but has been getting only ambient light for quite some time.

My area has been hovering in the low 90s most and sometimes high 80s. But 104 in Spain and then 90 here ain't so bad.

Is it humid there Montuno? It is really humid around these parts.

40 deg those plants have interesting leaves.

Since the end of May we have oscillated between a daytime minimum of 10% (we have reached 5) and a pre-dawn maximum of 45%. These last few days of relief, between the wind from my Northeast and some clouds that whipped me from there @revegeta666 , we have reached 70% before dawn, but back down to 10-15% during the day...
However, I'm afraid that the momentary relief that I mentioned yesterday is over: the breeze is blowing again from the south/southwest, blowing away the few clouds, and the temperatures are rising again... A high in the shade of 43°C (109.5 °F) is already forecast for today...

Thanks iTarzan, yeah I’ve posted up a bit of information about the double cotyledon plant over the last few months, if that’s what you mean and the canopy of the bx2’s is extremely representative of the, crinkly, kush mother, which tells me the male selection into the bx1’s was a good one, so far.
I’m extremely impressed with how green they are for such low light conditions and just how well developed most of the stems and lateral branching is on them too, for having never been fed. I probably shouldn’t be too surprised, l guess, it’s taken me seven years to get to this stage 🤣🤣🤣
They’re about to be tested for under-watering, which l always feel bad doing but it just has to be done to cut the more needy plants out of selection.
Cheers,
40. 👍
