Ayahuasca seems terrifying.

Ive seen cats in full shipabo regalia looking out at the world around them and you know they see what alex grey paints and they seem at complete peace and understanding because they see the vibration of the universe reverberating through us all. It is only terrifying if you never came to understand your primordial fear.

When you have a life defining moment of fear, say almost getting losing your life, the body reacts in a way to preserve life.

That is the worse reaction fear can ever cause, but our sub conscious is at the ready to idnetify what we "should" be afraid of based on life and instinct.

Sometimes this leads to subconscious fears that are bigger than any real fear we could identify. This unidentified fear is the giant in the hillsides.

Personally i don't like to puke and don't want to purge and prep, smoking it doesn't require that commitment.

I will say this...

Many underestimate the soothing. Lulling. Sedative and slightly dissociative effects of harmalas. The list goes on. Perhaps you see my point. Fear gets left behind. Processed.

I find you can get that benefit without breaking through but breaking through lasts longer

Personally i don't like to puke and don't want to purge and prep, smoking it doesn't require that commitment.

That's the main reason why I haven't tried it. Nausea is pretty much the worst physical feeling in life. I don't want to feel that during a trip. If I was going to try ayahuasca, I'd take an anti-nausea drug like zofran along with it. It works with shrooms and mescaline, so I'd think it would help with ayahuasca.

The sufi have been slamming syrian rue and acacia sap since the dawn.

They were not the only ones.

Also...fearing the purge...is so elementary...give that up guys

its funny because there are some very similar experiences and then very unique and intense experiences so intense that what you experience in a few moments continues to unfold in your mind years later. Some of the milder experiences are closing your eyes and seeing a 3d Spirograph pattern. Deeper in geometric can become predominant. some breakthroughs bring you to psychedelic realms that alex grey paints verbatim, and sometimes you find yourself in space with such clarity it is realer than life itself.

The profound meaning attached is indescribable.

Eyes open you can see life force flow through living things, smoke dmt and commune with your plants, you may find they talk to you, literally.

One day I will look back at my posts here and realize I am who my mother warned me against

4-aco-dmt is definitely worth trying. It's the best legal psychedelic I've found. It's nothing like actual dmt. It's like a better version of psilocybe mushrooms, only it's a powder and you only have to take a tiny amount.
