Anyone have any super minty genetics?

I grew some fairly sativa-leaning Barney's Blue Cheese outdoors last year, early on in the cure it was really minty but now it's got more blueberry flavour to it.

However, the water hash I made with the fresh-frozen trim/popcorn buds is ridiculously minty. I stir a bit of it into my coffee at weekends and the bit left at the bottom of the cup has the same effect as a Fisherman's Friend mentholated losenge (not sure if that's just a brit thing or not), almost burning my mouth.

i've had a buncha different "sour Diesels" in my time, i've never been to the east so i don't know what its like out there, but i'm from a city in the midwest and out of all the sour that comes through there is one that is the SD that everyone must be talking about. it's so srtong in smell you get paranoia just thinking about how you're gonna get home without unborn drug dogs still in their fathers balls smelling the weed you have in your pocket.

that shits so stanky one calyx will smell up a whole house from outside, that's the SD i'm referring to. that loud part that will get you caught up is a really strong mint. no lemony up close. smells like 7up with a twist of lemon at a distance but when i examine it it's a really strong eyeball watering minty fresh on top of the strong diesel/fumes smell. no lemons. is that the SD you all are used to?

Yeah, I know that's in their Peppermint Kush, in fact it did occur to me at one point that they'd mixed up the seeds and I had that instead of Blue Cheese, but no, the plant was way too sativa and the blueberry skunk flavour is much more noticeable now after nearly 4 months cure. The Blue Cheese is Big Buddha Cheese x Blueberry.

I had some Lao weed that was like chewing on a mint leaf... Not overpowering like altoids or even breath mints just like chewing on a mint leaf then breathing in.

It was a pretty good Sativa... The high was a lot like
Durban.

Gg#4 and gsc thin mint cut are both in dispensaries under both names around here.

I have the pre cup cut of gg#4. Its very minty coco diesely... So much so it can be tagged as thin mints gsc... I've seent it I've smoked it under both names. Same connoisseur grade herb!

The cut can be obtained with not too much difficulty around here locally...

Im just finishing up a test grow of MoonTang (skunkva chem 91 x snow lotus) from Bodhi Seeds. Throughout veg and much of flowering they all carried an unmistakable smell of fresh cut mint. One of them had the strongest smell of fresh mint at harvest really smelled like a fresh minty, chemmy mojito. I have one other girl still standing that has a minty smell as well. A lot of the mint has subsided as she has dried and started curing. Not sure if that smell translates to flavor when she is smoked will update after I have been able to sample them.

No, this pheno has a definite mintiness, especially right after the bud is ground. Also got what is probably the only legit blueberry I have ever smoked from this source. Was actually a college basketball player, hehe

i suppose someone might think it's piney, but i assure you what you're smelling is minty. i have a good nose. not to say you don't but the weed i'm talking about, when it's in your face it's real minty like mentholatum rub and your eyes are gonna water some.

Minty.... its out there but phenos are not common. ,,, my best minty type is our abf 4sd by rez seeds. Our pheno was 1 out of 30... also ran into mint phenos in g13haze sage sour ... chronic ... but ur best bet is to pop hella sour crosses n not select for sour phenos
