I grew some fairly sativa-leaning Barney's Blue Cheese outdoors last year, early on in the cure it was really minty but now it's got more blueberry flavour to it.
However, the water hash I made with the fresh-frozen trim/popcorn buds is ridiculously minty. I stir a bit of it into my coffee at weekends and the bit left at the bottom of the cup has the same effect as a Fisherman's Friend mentholated losenge (not sure if that's just a brit thing or not), almost burning my mouth.
