your a fucking idiot if you have the money to setup a 4k+ grow, and you don't have money to pay 3 mortgage payments. Anyone with no credit and a bankrupcy last week can buy a house with no money down.

Because banks are so dumb they dont bother to check peoples credit when they ask to borrow $250,000???

Where do you dig up these gems of fictional wisdom?

Verite, they use hard money lenders who in fact only care if the value of the home is enough to get them repaid if they have to foreclose. What makes it improbable is in order to do it for no money down you have to find someone to sell you the house for 70% of its FMV. Definitely possible but lots of hard work and the 'assembly line' format presented in various infomercials is mostly wishful thinking. No, banks certainly aren't doing this, but then again banks aren't actual end lenders and haven't been for some time.

edit: goddamnit, this is an old thread.

:pointlaug
no one has even tried to give this guy great advice except kooney, with 20 somthing posts since aug 05? WTF! what rock are you hiding under?
you DONT HAVE to start small. its just a good idea.
these things cost alot of money to setup and obviousely people are getting upset your trying to jump into the ring with the "big boys"
PM me if you want seriouse help.
big grows are a total different beast then small grows. they have there own set of issues small growes dont even think about. like. how do i get this 50sqft cooled down from 98 to 85. or how about co2? no small time guy is going to throw 1k away on co2 for there measley 1/2 oz grow. BTW why the fuck grow 1-2 oz? its going to cost more in time effort and supplies for a lousy zip then if you just bought a 2z-500$.... i myself am in about 3500$ with my 2000watts and just harvested my first pound. PERSONAL. no commercial bs. took me 4 months. can you hack 4 months just bleeding cash into the air?
ok enough rant.
:chin:
someone else better start helping this poor fool. this is a sad thread you all have here. picking on this guy for pages and pages.
:badday:

ive bought alot of shitty weed from people so your not all that your cracked up to be.
:dueling:

and "mexi-brick" or "bean-swag" "shit-weed" all fall into mexican domain sorry.
there is no good mex-weed
:lurk:

COOLING is an essential part of growing not all cooling comes from a/c but alot of times it is nessasary.
the large-small grow is a problem. small grows dont use Co2 usualy, compiled with the multitude of ways to maintain "control" of your room. i.e. sealed room/"perfect room" siutations; usualy include a closer circuit venting for the lights one of two ways 1)draw fresh air in through a vent right into the lights then expell the hot air out of the room suck situations might require a 4-8" aux vent to cool the room without use of a/c units 2) dont use vented fixtures and focus on cooling the area with a a/c water-cooled are the best, it allows you to keep the smell in the grow-area saving on filters and complicated smell containment devices.
if you do get a 10k-15k non-window unit they tend to have a tube of hot air that needs to go somewhere. attics are best. i vent mine through a window and use a can66-4" vor. to control smell.
-keep ballists out of the grow-area

!PeAcE! said:

use the 240 volt lines and balists/ electronic balists.
super-larges/multiroom grows use 'flip-flop' controllers...
it allows you to use 1 balist for 2 lights. light one is in room A and light 2 is in room b when room a is done with 12/12 then it goes to sleep and room b wakes up. the ballist never turns off saves money on redundant parts.
large bills dont equal arrests. ALWAYS pay your bill. try to use checks whenever possible. NEVER get cut-off from non-payment try not to get tons of extentions.(a few are 'normal') bigger places are less conspicuse obviousely
find out if the appliances are elec or gas (water heater/stove/laundry dryer)

clean rooms are important.
mylar on walls is the best reflective surface 98% mylar blankets create hotspots and are usualy small. get a 2mil 50'-100' room, best bang/buck
remove the carpet if you can. prevents mold buildup from spills
or put plastic tarps ontop
tomatoe baskets are best for bucket grows and 'sog' style twine for small colas to keep them from tipping over. you dont want your branches snaping under the weight of the colas.

TOO MANY VERIABLES
Im looking for 240v access a/c's apt attics/garage /quiet neighborhood
try talking to potential neighbors. 'feel them up' ...get into there mind find how liberal they are.

i dont have friends 'come over' im rarely at home and there is a level of isolation that should be put between you and others.

Another plus to growing in a rental is that it can't be takin' from you (Knock on wood) if you get caught because its not yours to begin with... !

I want to know what happend to the guy who started this thread?

some more info I got from someone.... I forgot who??? anywayz....

""its safe to run upto 6,000watts of lights in a house, regular sized single family home. 3-4 bedroom

you should set up 2 bud rooms with 1000watt's on lights movers. you can move the lights 9 feet on the movers get the smart one that pauses at each end.

then a clone/mother room with like one 1000watt MH lights on a mover.

do a 7-8 week strain. so you harvest one crop a month. pull 3lbs from each room every 8 weeks and throw $12,000 into your pocket at the end of each month

well like 10,000 after you pay the rent from the house for that month, and all the utilities.

10,000 dollars a month tax free cold hard cash into your pocket would be nice.

the money Dizzle_fart talks about to set up the grow isnt even that much if you think about it and it would all be paid off after the first harvest.

4 1000watt hps lights - 375 each x 4 = $1500 for lights.
1 1000 watt MH - $375 for the halide
3 exhuast fans, $800
ducting - $100 or less
carbon scrubbers can be made for 50 bucks or so, lets say you made 5 , one for each light, thats 250.
other small shit that you need for a grow -200 bucks
and then 500 for nutes for the year
thats 3800 for the year, i rounded that UP.

rent for the house, 1500 a month for 1 year, $18,000 for rent for the year.

lets say a 400 dollar electric bill for the month 4,800 for the electric for the year

so now we have 18,000 a year for rent, 5,000 for power, 3800 for lights and shit but you only really buy those once and then another 3,000 for other utilities for the year you up to about 30,000 for the year to run a decent sized grow up in a rented home, if you got the balls to do it.

but you can put about 100k into your pocket a year after you pay all your expenses for the years grow, that you pay monthly and you wont have to worry about bill money after your first harvest.

oh yes i almost forgot with the proper size carbon scrubber for each room, you wont smell shit in your house at all. vent all the scrubbed air to the attic and then throw a huge ass inline ozone generator and like a 12 inch exhuast fan venting it out the roof

this would be a optimal set up for gorilla growing in the united states or canada and thats how domestic USA grown bud is grown, or on outdoor plots

after you have all that cash you need to launder it, that is up to you""""

Like I said this was told to me... Im not sure how acurate it is on the figures and all but this is the Jist of it!........

Peace... Be safe!!!

i never got why people bother laundering money. buy a fucking fire/water proof safe, store the fuckin money in there and only take small portions out when you need it. people talk about making this many that many thousand dollars from grows like its that easy. its a different story when you go to turn the weed into money.
