I've never seen so many fitness experts on a stoner site! Lol
If I remember correctly you are well over 6ft tall and a deuce and a half. Your still young, hit the weights and mold into your big frame. I'm 5ft 11" and im 230 off season and 215-220 during the summer. You can easily fill out nicely. A lot of guys at the gym work for yrs to get some size. Some hard work and you could be a beast!! Also if you work out hard enough at your age you don't have to mess with all these foolish eating plans! Yes try and eat good and not fried shit all the time, but @32 and working out hard you need to be eating.

If your serious about your health I suggest you seek some alternative source for info. Asking a bunch of stoners probably isn't your best bet! Lol

That's what I figure too, I have a naturally large build, but if I workout I would be a monster, I could easily hit 300Lbs and have most of that weight be muscle.

Here's the biggest, strongest and darkest athlete I ever did see. 6'4" at 285 he had a nice round bubble butt and could push the pile . At 260ish a lean and hungry strap of meat, came whipping off the end at an alarming rate...Oh my goodness !!

You're not going from 250 mostly fat sloth to 300 all muscle by eating hotdogs and 10 pound dumbbells. Realistically you can expect to gain 20 pounds of lean muscle per year and that's if your diet and workout are on point. Get to work.

hmmm....seeing 6'4" and 265lbs kind of puts things in perspective..... not bad tbh, I could do that if I really buckled down and got into weight lifting far more seriously.

and uhhh, obviously I'm not going to gain a ton of muscle with 10lbs and a shit diet..... I'm not retarded, but people keep missing the part where I keep saying that I'M STARTING LOW AND SLOW.

300 pounds and lean isn't a realistic goal. Getting there takes a combination of extreme dedication, elite genetics, and steroids. Literally every bodybuilder who's 300 pounds with low body fat is on steroids.

300 pounds and fat / strong is more common. I could get there easily. I'd be stronger, but I really don't like carrying extra fat. Everything feels better at 6'4" / 230s compared to when I was in the 250s, even if I was stronger in some lifts at a heavier weight. Everyone has different goals. I think it's good to stay relatively lean unless you're an athlete like a powerlifter or a pro football player.

Some Test and Tren can also help ... I dont mess with needles or methylated pills... but some old school Barry Bonds Transdermal Test Base aka Patrick Arnold is da shiet ...

That's an option, but it's dangerous especially for new lifters. It should be thought of as an option for advanced lifters with years of experience lifting natty. It can push you past what you were capable of achieving as a natural athlete.

A beginner can make easy gains for the first few years without worrying about drugs or supplements. Diet and training are all anyone needs until they start approaching their natural limits.

It's not cheating unless you're a competitive athlete and it's banned in your sport. :) It is still a major decision in life. I had 15 years of experience lifting naturally before my first cycle.

I think you have more than enough info already but will add mine. You do not have to do free weights if that is something that bothers you and you do not have to go to a gym.

You weigh a lot and can do body weight exercises and get strong. Ultimate body press, is what I use for dips and pullups and one legged squats. You can also do pushups off it with attached bands but I do not. Cost about a ninety bucks shipped. You can google it see it is right for you.

You can get by without any special equipment and do all the body weight stuff too, just be resourceful with stuff around you. I think free weights will get you bigger muscles but there is risk of joint problems so...

I have been losing weight for a few months now and it is all about counting calories. 1200 to 1500 is about right. They recommend about 2 pounds loss per week.

You can not change fat to muscle, just not going to happen. You will have a hard time gaining muscle while losing fat but I suppose it can happen. Muscle likes to have an excess of calories, which is why bodybuilders are not cut up except right before a competition.

If you are going to drink soda try and cut out the coke. I drink 7 up and do not have any of the stomach acid, gerd, type crap. I limit it to 1 a day.

Plenty of water is good anytime but even better for cutting weight. I do not drink the 64 oz. they recommend but do get in 20 to 30 oz. per day. Apples are damn good for your insides and veges in general are great. I do eggs for protein along with peanut butter. Not a big meat eater but the pros favor beef last I heard.

same boat as you big johnny, been on the couch for years, joined a local gym a few months back. it aint easy but it aint too hard. Ive been smoking cigarettes for the last 25 years, never been a runner, always been a glutton for good food lol. I found a useful app, my fitness pal, it as a database of almost any food you can think of and counts your net calories, before you eat something you can look it up and see how many calories. It makes a difference. I was used to around 3500 a day all my life, for the past 90 days I've been "relearning" how to eat. I'm doing 1200 calories a day (mostly fruits and salads), strength training 4 days a week, "jogging" for 40 minutes to an hour each day (hours after/before lifting) and my body is on its way to where I want it. I assure you if you want to you can do it, once you start really seeing results it'll push you. its definitely mostly diet
