another run with ak 47

Hey everyone,


I am all finished, Minus getting alot less that I had hoped, from 8 plants to 2, I made out fairly well. Got just under 2 oz from the two plants, of some very crystally and stinky weed.

The pictures below show a rough trim I did as I was cutting them down, and the cola next to the water bottle, is of course cola 1.

I will be starting a new thread with my next grow, I should be starting that one in the next few weeks.

looks great how did they smoke for you? they sure pack a punch dont they. I just tried some of my AK yesterday and I think that was the earliest I went to bed in a few years. lol Smoked and just passed right out.

Yeah I was reading your post on that, it can be some strong stuff, I had only smoked AK for years so I think I had built up a tolerance for it. But it smoked well, always a nice taste with the AK

Wow yes bro, that stuff is long gone, about 3 weeks back or so now. I can't post bud shots really my cam sucks, and the quality is quite shit when it gets close.

If I do ak again, I am going to really veg the shit out of them and scrog them right in the veg. Great plant very easy to grow

Hey Dog, those ak's looked awesome. The colas fattened up nicely, how was the bud when it was dried and cured? was it dense or fluffy?

Wow I thought this thread was dead, But hey. Nice to have a trip down memory lane.
Well I kinda f'd up the grow, I wanted to have a big grow in a small area. Did not work very well, so after it all ended. I ended up getting just the two plants. Then I screened them much too late so i did not get the bigger buds i had hoped for. But what was there was nice and thick, I am fortunate to have a very warm furnace/laundry area in my house, with great air movement and dark mainly all the time, so I got a really nice quick dry. Of course now that would not be the case. So I thick that kept alot of the weight, but it was killer smoke. I was a little bummed when I ran out. Thanks for checking out this thread bro

Thanks dude, I am not sure how people keep finding this thread, but thanks for checking it out. I have some AK beans from a previous grow, I will run a new group of those when I get back from vacation.
That is why I don't eat carrots

after reading this im a little worried, haha. I just topped my ak at 2ft and its still in veg, looks like im gonna be in fucked when i switch to flower. Any advice on flowering a 2foot tall ak? should i do some massive trimming for clones or what?

Dude your gonna have trees, so you are looking at 4 to 5 ft plants, your best start tying them down, get them growing horizontal

It is a good strain, I would recommend trying to get some 47, as it is hard to come by now a days. But hey dude, thanks for checkin out my grows

Smoke is always nice when it is AK. I wish I had more of it, but I still have a couple seeds hanging around
But nice typical skunk smell here from what I can remember, cured really nice, and overall a great smoke
