Who ever made up the famous bowls was a stoner. I can see a KFC corporate chef after a long day, smoking a joint ( behind the dumpster, like all the other stoners in the restaurant biz.) Walking back inside and throwing something together to satisfy the munchies.

one way to eat fast food (at home) is to mix in freshly minced garlic, fresh cut herbs ( basil, cilantro, chilli) in with ketchup with a little vinegar in a small bowl...the garlic will help unclog your veins and herbs and spices will add some flavour....(which is sadly lacking in most cases)..also ask for no salt on the fries as there's enough in the container where they dump the fries anyway..add pepper yourself instead


having said that though..nothing quite beats the satisfaction of a belching loudly and long after eating too much fast food and a gallon of coca cola

I agree with you Jack, I wish it was like Europe/S. America where restaurants stayed open till almost midnight. KFC is disgusting, which do you think is worse, Mickey D's or KFC? It's a tough call.

i live in europe and there aint shit open late except for junk food places, unfotunetley it the same the world over

after moving back to civilation w/ fast food i endulged. most the time it was down right nasty. now i think i'm past the worst of givin them up again.

btw i'm w/ who ever it was who said they thought the bowls looked unapealing...never tried one & not plannin on it.

Who doesn't smash all of their food together when there are mashed potatoes just sitting there, begging to be tapped? I have to say, though, that the last time I ate one of these, I ended up with a knot in my stomach that no combination of tendercrisps/whoppers/onion rings ever came close to. LOL, KFC's new ads tell us that there is a cook at every KFC. REALLY??? A cook at a restaurant? Who knew!

Do you order crispy, original or grilled? and no, I never had those, I usually just get some grilled chicken breast.

I really try to only eat natural fed and grazed chickens when I do eat 'em , but man in the USA restaurants seem to close at 9:00 p.m. every night leaving me no options!!

That is one of my biggest gripes about the US, the flippin' good restaurants are closed by 9:30 pm so you have to resort to late night trash like Mickey Ds and KFC. Thank God for taco shops, but even those seem shady late at night....that's one thing Americans suck at - healthy cheap fast food is non existant...

It's no better in the UK either mate, After about 9pm i have a choice between kebab, pizza and mc d's (Obviously never choose mc d's) in the day it isn't much better either.

I've been eating at golden corral, cracker barrel, cheeburger cheeburger, and the usual chikfila, mcD, and steak n shake...

But i'll tell you whats better than a KFC bowl... Crunchy Taco Hamburger Helper...i can eat POUNDS of that shit

After browsing through this thread, i'm sure that people on here must think i'm like 550lbs...i can assure you i'm not even 200lbs, yet i'm 6'3"...its all about metabolism, kids!
