Maybe, neither weed from America or the Dutch inspire my tastes. My best weed is Australian bred. I have a cpl of Spanish strains that are great too, stronger but not as clean.

I don't think any breeder, grower, country, or seed bank is superior. Some people want to get wrecked, some people want to get through the day, some people want unique effects, and even some people just like growing. I personally think heirloom strains from the nordic regions, landraces, and wild/feral strains are the coolest. Sorry for the run on sentences my English teacher didn't like them as well. But superior genetics is in the eye of the beholder. One of my favorite strains to grow is a small autoflower made by a friend that produces next to no cannabanoids but its a neat plant. I have genetics ranging from seeds that cost a few hundred per 10, to rare landraces but whats superior to me is what I enjoy. I might be spoiled when it comes to access, but this nocking a country, region, or breeder is annoying. Spain has some of the nicest genetics, and breeders, as well as many Europeans. Find what you like, grow it, breed it, improve it, outbreed it, do whatever you LIKE. Don't look at someone elses work or passion and compare it. Thats kinda a cunt move.

How can you get an IPA to 10%.

I think you do a double fermentation, you prep one up one small batch and pre ferment and then you add the main batch and do a final fermentation. My guess is that sugar is added aswell, at least we did in my teenage years. Ours was somewhat foul but effective
For a tasty and internationally available high ABV IPA i sincerely recommend Lagunitas Maximus, you should be able to get it in Oddbins or similar.

And now my mouth just started watering... IPAs is my weed replacement in my Scando exodus. Its those hops and tastes, hops is a cannabaceae, the Hemp family of plants...

Spain has an extremely longstanding smoking, growing and breeding tradition. Not all breeders have commercialised their strains, theres a lot of gold out in villages and the mountains.
