First off i wouldnt run... that would just make things worse. good news is you are under 100 plants so no fed time. Good luck I think if you get a good lawyer you can get probation. Here in L.A. doubt you would be doing time and even so you would be let out early jails are packed. oh and try to avoid the public pretender at all costs there are some good ones but chances that you get one of the good ones are slim. I'd try and find a former district attorney that worked your county that is now in the private sector with some MMJ experience that has or had a relationship with the current D.A. or deputy D.A that has your case.

First rule of growing you dont talk about growing... odor control is a very close 2nd. I think its crap and hate that Leo's can use their training and keen sense of smell to say "Hey i smell marijuana" and come on in but it happens more than it should.

You had 5 times your limit and Backup clones ... did you really expect a slap on the wrist and a warning to Not Do It Again? The cops can't say what the outcome will be when they hand in the paper work (once a cop starts writing they never turn back) and they will try to keep you talking to further incriminate yourself. So what if someone else got less of a hassle when they got raided ... you're basing your actions (that could limit your freedom ... there's that limit word again) on speculation ... Not Smart IMHO. Listen you are fcked.....sorry really I empathize...but being through the grinder for ten years because I thought I could get a break as a "first time offender" was bullshit.....they gave me the same ten when they found me. If you have a family you need a lawyer...dont know if it will help or not but.If in PA and want lawyer recomendation PM me....With family you have no choice but to ride it out and try and challenge in court everything from probable cause to information filed....preomnibous of course..post collaterall is harder to beat. alright first off, I'm not running anywhere, The worst i'm going to get is 3yr probation and misdemeador cultivation,possibily some county jail time but I doubt it, but I just rather not have that if I dont have to. Can anyone tell me about the clone counting as a plant deal, someone in this forum said theres alot on here about it but I couldnt find anything. So my question is:

Does unrooted clones count as plants?

i can't vouch for your state, but in florida it's not a plant until the clone has 'hairs' coming off of it, thickening of stem wall does not count. those are literally the words- i was quite surprised some jack ass lawmaker new this much on cloning
