Hey everyone..I am just busting to share...

The girls have been under the table for the last couple of days...incase of hailstone.
This morning 25oC..first thing..not a breath of wind.

I pulled the (WW/JEM) Purple Heart out to check her seeds and this gorgeous incense waft floated up from her....

I was drooling..

it is coming from her soil as I said...and it is probably the strongest I have ever smelt it.

The neighbours will think I have finally flipped...sitting on the patio with my head in a pot sniffing the soil...Man..

Then I brought me gardener m8 over..and he sat doing the same.
He says he has never know a plant scent the soil like that.

I am so bloody pleased I didn't give her away..as planned..
I would have missed it.

Her life is in danger now though...
that Bud is my Favourite.
It is what the hunt has been all about.

I did the smoke sober morning beach walk with the AK-47..
had 2 on the way up..
1 on the way back..
and I still didn't get it.

We've been getting hit hard too around here. Many tornados lately.... now its 90 degrees and mostly sunny today and tomorrow!

Cool companion plant! Just got in the squash a few days ago while it was still somewhat dry....

Great to find a mantis up there! Means good luck for the season if you ask me...

Such an interesting trait, scenting the soil with the trichomes.... Will be fun to see what comes from those beans....

Everything is out now... Not too long before ALF is germed for the DC crosses...

As is the gardener, so is the garden....

Yeah thats the veggie garden there. I've always wondered what it would look like planted up in herb....

Happy harvest mossy! Not too bad for an early crop. Bet their smell is nice in the late spring....

We got rain like you wouldn't believe this weekend. One of the plots was flooded a few inches. Got there a day or 2 later and found a bunch of candy canes.... Propped them up and then we got another inch just about a day later!

Been a fun spring for sure....

Got 10 ALF germing as of this morning. 7 Deep Chunks a growing....

Funny story about that seed. This morn, when it was out setting in the sun before planting, a dog got a hold of it! I had it stuck in the fuel door of a car, but one of the pups found it and punched some holes in the bag.... One way or another, all the seed remained in the bag and I continued on to stick 'em... Must mean good luck....

Buttercup will be alright I think... Took her to the vet.... She has a broken pelvis and a heck of a hemotoma.... She's been continuing to use it, so we have her tied up in an open barn with some sticks and her ball. Got some pain medicine for her, even though she never wines about it.... Hoping for the best...
