Anybody ever use sour dee from cutting edge? Seems like a bottle scam. Not a bottle guy myself but just curious. The use of Granny Smiths and grapefruit ester oils is interesting

Who has Sour diesel seeds for outdoor New York
Sour Diesel is one of those “clone only” deals. That said there are some people doing good work. Karma had a release recently. I would check out Blesscoast Seeds. Both of these options below are breeding efforts towards the Sour Diesel.

Somebody said something about running modified jacks or masterblend salts on this cut. Please let me/us know if there are specific recomendations target ec and anything else appreciated. Going under HPS w a slight led bit involved from the other side. Pure Hydro. Hortilux. Much thanks!

I've had them at 1.3 and they look ok but werent getting much from an old 400 hps.

I’ve tested for HLVD root and petiole via Tumi genetics and it came back clean. This was after holding it for over a year. Others have tested her through Tumi and she was clean on their tests too.

I don’t know what Sour Diesel means to you so I cannot confirm if this is what you’re looking for. This is the same plant I used to see in the 2002-2009 timeframe in CT. I haven’t gotten the flavor as strong as I recall, but it’s unmistakably “IT” to me.

I have seen some pretty pitiful grows of this Albany cut and then seen people toss the plant and be like “this isn’t the sour I remember!” 😂

It’s not an easy plant to grow well and requires patience to get right. I still haven’t nailed it, but I’m getting closer each run and I’m convinced it’s the old sour we used to see in New England.

Also, I’ve hung out and burned with Cloney and he’s as legit as they come in my mind. Definetly not a scammer. I can’t say with certainty all his cuts will test clean, but the sour I got from him doesn’t carry HLVD.
I gotta ask, is the taste mouth coating and what does it taste like? I’m from the North East and this is the girl I’ve been hunting for the last 6 years from the looks of her

I'd like to know what type of Modified Jacks/MB formula they were suggesting? @Jcue81 I got her rolling in veg again.
I’ve ran one cycle with masterblend. I ran 4g/ gallon masterblend, 1-1.25 epsom, 3.2 g cal nit for the most part. Next time I will be adding 5 ml/g of cal mag. I may try the Pure Blend Pro depending on flower power’s report. Running her under a high power led hasn’t given me the results I want. She did better under CMH. I want to flower her under HPS this winter.

I haven’t hit her out of the park yet, @Bigcrawdaddy2.0 but I’ve gotten her close enough and I think this is the same sour I used to get in the early 2000’s. You can get radically different results based on how happy you can keep her. But the predominant flavor is skunky fuel with a touch of citrus on the exhale.

Ive got one in a 5 gallon I’m about to flower and I’m excited to give her another try. I’ll post pics when she gets rolling. Looking forward to @flower~power ‘s review after he finishes her up.

Good luck bro! Hope you slay that beast and bring back the sour d! I’m running and East coast sour diesel clone right now for the first time and hoping I get at least some skunky diesel fuel, it just may have a touch more lemon lime than that Albany cut. I grew up near by NYC so I got a lot of that Albany sour and it was always the skunkiest diesel of all. Hope you bring her back and give some buds to your best friends
