Aeroponic Girl Scout 600 Watt LED grow

Sorry for the wait.

Sorry for the wait.

Hey guys,

Been busy the past month and haven't been able to update the grow, hope everyone is doing alright.
She is 25 days into flowering now and looking and smelling great. I have a bunch of lady bugs in there, but the ladybugs die within a few days because there isn't any pests for them to eat. Here are some pictures taken through t the month of may.
Enjoy!

Isn't she beautiful.
Forgot to mention i took the LED out and put in the 400 Watt HPS. I just felt the LED wasn't doing well enough in flowering.

Thanks Critter, i appreciate the input.
I ran into some problems during the earlier stages of this grow but with some research and trial and error, I feel like i have a better understanding and grasp for aeroponics. Another month to go till harvest. =)

I ran commercial aeroponic op for over a year before I realized its limitations where all in my pocket book, and that had been depleted in my learning curve... Never did less than 1 per and never more than 10week cycle... But always problems... Never small easy cheap ones either... And clones was 7500$ if I didn't keep moms or mine took a turn...

That was 28kw of light over 3 tables 2 7x18 ish and one 7x15 r so... All AC , water cooling lines, co2 in one room... But tables where home built and not up to par and needed real chillers, high low shut offs, better water... On and on... Ended up ripping it all out.

Built a few more after with a real carpenter and got them fiberglassed and done up right...still sitting waiting on me to finish... But yeah IMO is a shit ton of money and work, the pre built systems are ok but I like big home built better... But needs quite a bit of $ to get right... And if isn't or even if you think it's perfect if it goes bad... Well they don't always come back..at all!

Best have a year plus in capital for bills if your depending on success because there is no perfect pre built, and the knowlage takes experience.. Best off starting like you are and building up...

As a helpful hint, I found in my big tables, having a inch or two of highly oxygenated water in the bottom of the table could keep em alive in a res pump failure for a few hrs once established...

Check you fittings and hose clamps once a week when you check ph Tds probes... Heat and cold cycles make them come loose... Also have a spare of every single part at least once over!

Good luck! Is the most fun , but can be stress full for production IMO, or ime maybe is better...

Yeah i couldn't agree with you more. I honesty just wanted to do it for the experience. Definitely ran into some problems the first few weeks of having everything set up, "Leaf spot fungus" temperature issues with the res, the list goes on. but luckily she held through a ton of stress and now shes loving life. I am planning on just going organic next run with the two healthy clones i have now. But Aero is a lot of work and fun at the same time. I just cant wait to have a bigger space to work with to really have space to move around and have everything just where i want it. I can only do so much with this tent.

Hey there just a quick update.
Pics taken over the weekend.
Currently doing a 4 day flush with R/O water p.h'ed to 5.8 with 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide to whiten the roots and start a fresh batch of nutrients every 3-4 days.

Hmm if you have the chance to get the gg#4 or white lotus let them grow in your house bro. Take a look at my AMG Haze BX, if you like her I can send ya some seeds when they are ready.

Man that would be awesome. I should have a bigger grow space next run so i can have a few varieties.

Week 6 flowering

Week 6 flowering

Week 6 flowering update,
Water is being changed every 3-4 days with water temps between 62-68 degrees. Needing some recommendations on nutrient mix for the last 3 weeks of flowering. I have the General Hydroponics 3 part mix, Gro 2-1-6, Micro 5-0-1, Bloom 0-5-4, and also have Floracious plus, CalMag and Diamond Nectar. Mixed in a 5 gallon res of Reverse Osmosis water. Just dont want to mess up the home stretch, so i would really appreciate someone who knows their aeroponic nutrient mix for what im using, because i forgot to mention my PPM / EC Reader stopped working on me =(

Thanks in advance!!!
