Aeroponic Cannabis, a new project

Well, after the failure of the previous crop, I'm starting something new, HPA aeroponics in buckets. I made an entire HPA system out of paint buckets and adapted it to my grow room.

Then for the tables I bought metal shelves and made a hole for the drains, since in each cube I put a 1/2" PP grommet, which goes directly into the PVC pipe that runs under the table.

And this is how it all looks, with the same distance and distribution for the growing space. Two tables and 18 buckets.

I also took advantage of the fact that I had everything disassembled to install the drain directly into the pipes in the same room, since I knew the pipe was right behind the closet. So I installed a hatch, punctured the pipe, inserted a drain plug, and voilà!
This is actually a huge relief. I won't have to run a hose down the hallway with the drain pump all the way to the bathroom 😂
And to top it all off, I also installed the osmosis system there, which will fill a second tank that will go under the first bench. This also saves me the trouble of having 8L bottles flying all over the house, which we were already fed up with. 😅

I still have to finish some things on the system, and I'm still preparing the cuttings in the air-cloner. I hope to have everything ready this week and be able to start by Saturday!

Today I have already finished a few more things, the drains to the main 96L res.

Desagues 3.jpeg

Suction pipes for pumps and water oxygenation with their flow regulator.

Depósito y oxigenación.jpeg

Irrigation manifold for even pressure distribution across all buckets.

And all buckets are joined with 6mm tubing, separating everything into 4 lines from the distribution manifold, 4/4/5/5.

Beautiful setup...I feel your pain about the drain 😂
I just drilled a whole in my floor to not have to deal with it anymore myself.
It such a relief.
Sadly I still have to bring the garden hose inside to refill my tank. Maybe one day I install a tab in there too.

Can't wait to see your system running!
Have fun with it!

Looks good ,are you worried about your drain pipes blocking up ?
I had the same size pipes on my flood and drain and they would block 2 times during the grow .

And so, it's a huge relief to be able to empty the water directly without running a hose from the grow room all the way down the hallway to the toilet :ROFLMAO: And it's also a relief to have the osmosis system right there so you don't have to refill water bottles o_O

I use two pressure pumps, an 80 psi monoblock for oxygenation with an 80 micron filter and a 120 psi pump with a 40 micron filter for nebulization, and I've never had any problems. The nebulizers are 0.4 mm thick.

Nice setup , but i ment the drain pipe from each bucket back to resevoir
This is the piece I use on each cube, a 1/2" polypropylene threaded grommet.
And I regulated the PVC pipes by lowering them towards the reservoir by adjusting the threaded drop-downs that I cut, creating a slope and by the same gravity the water returns to the res.
