I totaly agree, id rather get the information here and possibly make some friends. Like yarkand said im sure they grow great erb over there but i think the members here are more personable and friendly and some(not all) will post even if the questions been answered before(never getting angry or ticked off)and not flame or spout some nonesense about how you should do a search for it before starting a thread. i do a fair bit of searching but i always take a direct approach to nutrient/growing questions.

So far ive been hitting my friends spot twice a week since the perlite/verm/peat medium dries up really fast!!! on a positive note they(mk ultra both phenos) will be fed a bunch!! speaking of feeding they have been getting a steady diet of grow A&B(1.75 tsp) and tarrantula(3/4 tsp) per gallon !! This next round i have 3 Scoughs(last time ill run these, as it was a really shitty strain) and two MK ULTRA(one of each pheno), i cant wait till i feel comfortable enough to grow again! i know its only been 3wks since my "problem" butman i miss my ladies so much

Yarkand i have a TDS pen wich reads PPM, so from what you say EC and TDS basically do the same thing = Measure parts per million? if so i have no idea at what PPM to keep the plants at what stage. That is the entire reason i got the TDS pen in the first place, the brochure on page 1 has the feeding schedule and i think it has PPM on it with week by week directions. Does anyone have alink to that brochure schedule from advanced nutrients on the first page is animage of the brochure but i need a larger one i can print out and read. any one?

Anyway they are both the same. You just have to do some calculations.

What is EC: EC stands for "Electrical Conductivity" and gives a measure of how strong a nutrient solution is. Mineral nutrients become dissolved in water because they carry either a negative (-) or positive (+) charge. These charged nutrients are called ions and can conduct a small electrical current which is proportional to their concentration.

This current of ions is what EC sensors detect, ranging from 0.0 mS/meter in distilled water to 1.6 mS/meter for strong nutrient solutions. Sometimes EC is given in units of uS/cm, so in this case 1.6mS/meter is displayed 1600 uS/cm.

To translate ppm into EC Advanced Nutrients uses a conversion factor of 700 (ppm/mS/m); simply divide the ppm value by 700 to convert ppm to EC.

So what ppm do you guys in North America start of with in the flower phase?
and what ppm do you end with.

Right now i just flipped to 12/12 so im gonna hit them up with flora nova since i have about 1/2 gallon left. It works great and has PPM chart on it much like Advanced Nutrients(that is one thing in particular i realy like about AN, they put alot of good information on the label like GH).
Ill be adding carbo load and big bud( i only have about 1lt of each a friend gave me some to test out.), i dont think it should be a problem mixing AN additives with GH base nutes?

Is Tarrantula good for all stages of growth??? i know its good for creating beneficial fungi in growth stage, but is it good in bloom??
Big Bud additive,do i give this in first feeding? Carbo Load all in first week??(this is where that chart comes into play) what ppms do you suggest for the first week? for base nutes(GH flora nova)? The MK Ultras were hearty eaters and got tall and lanky so im thinking they can take a nice load of nutes, i never experienced terrible leaf burn(just the average oops burn here n there)

aside from the fact i ahve alott of flora nova left, i loved how it performed. Flora nova has to be the nicest fert ive used in flower sinc bio bizz(i found it to be too light tho, and expired too fast). I just totaled up what i will be purchasing and DAMN! even with a nice discount its still alotta cash!
(These all will be the smallest bottle usually 1 lt or 50grams if powder)

and through the bloom phase i will be taking off FF - OS (after 2 more weeks), and will be putting FF beastie blooms (2 weeks), finally removing that and adding FF Cha Cha Ching (I know the names are whack)(But its good shit).

The Last AN product i got for the last 2 weeks of flushing (FINAL PHASE).

Just misted for the last time some wet betty organic mixed with seaweed, and day before was the last day i misted them with AN Genious Oil (Neem Oil).

It was cold today so had to slow the exhaust fan down a bit and turn up the heaters around the house. Raised it from 19c back upto the normal temp of 23c.

And thats my quality inspector. lol
