I had these douchebags throw a empty beer glass out of their car the other day; it made me so mad they did this for no reason and i had to swerve to miss it as i was driving behind them. I so wanted to go after them but even in the heat of the moment i realized it was just not worth it. Instead i went home got vaped and did a workout. Felt much better afterwards

I think it is better to release hostile feelings on the regular, rather than let rage build up until it boils over and you do something really stupid that you wouldn't normally do, but just because you are so damned pissed.
I agree with Payoso too. And I get the impression trout plays his cards really close to his chest. He seems a bit of a loner like a lot of us mj affection-a-does just have to be sometimes. Trout's lifestyle demonstrates his convictions clearly.
I can only say from experience, maybe try to find another outlet for your anger dude, and learn to release it slowly over time, in small amounts, before that rage causes you to kill someone, including yourself. Pent up rage is definitely not good for your health. I am a perfect example of that. That's only killing YOU. Does no-one any good.

I always thought, part of being an adult is, you take your frustrations out on inanimate objects.
Like iron weights, dirt that needs moving, water in the swimming pool, carrying 50 pounds of gear up a 750 foot vertical - whichever.
I've shared a weight room with a guy who was a full-contact boxer
in the '60's & '70's.
He said his biggest purse was $2500 at Madison Square Garden.
As he got older, he grew more knowledgeable about how the anger works.

After he did his 10 years, (federal, he also worked for East Coast org. crime as hired muscle), he moved to San Diego and married a divorcee in Rancho Santa Fe.
The funny thing is, in both old and new professions, he was a debt counselor.
When I shared the weight room with him at a San Diego Y in the '00s, he was still a debt counselor - selling mortgages.

it's kinda tough to talk to some generations of americans about anger, because they may have eg. spent years in vietnam with a 20 inch tapeworm hanging out of their forearm they are trying to wind onto a matchstick with one hand and suppress fire with the other.. i think maybe you don't get over something like that, you just get over how other people can't understand it.
but i'll tell you something about americans and anger.
childrens tv in 1970's u.k. has been described as overtly socialist, eg. the mice in bagpuss.. if you look at any of the kids tv shows from then.. bagpuss, clangers, wombles, magic roundabout, there are NO ENEMIES. who's the bad guy.. soup dragon? ermintrude?
plots are driven by events or problems which are addressed by the community working together and accepting the foibles of each individual.
i compare and contrast this with 1980's kids tv in the u.s... whether it's thundercats, the smurfs or my little pony, ALL plots are driven by ENEMIES and no one can be happy until some asshole is tracked down and gets their ass kicked, which makes everything good.
in the u.s. i have had to learn to express myself in anger and rages because rhetoric doesn't cut it. i have to rave like a baboon and say motherfucker every third word, then motherfuckers understand some shit.
