Personally I think your best bet is to not go looking for the guy but rather avoid him like the plague.
The momentary satisfaction you might get from pummeling his face into applesauce isn't worth the risk of time in jail for assault.
This.

You may have avoided an even worse scenario by finding out how unreliable/sketchy he is now,
instead of later when things have grown a bit and gotten more "arrest worthy".
Sorry to see ya on the low, Trout. Yer usually a fun and funny presence here.
cheers

I also have the rage that doesn't stop.

The only thing I found. and you knew someone was going to say it....is smoke a lot. I mean if you regularly smoke 1 joint, smoke 3.

Look up L-theanine, rosehips, hops, fish oil and passiflora on amazon. They can calm me down better than xanax.

I think what is really bugging you is how much of an ass someone can really be. I've seen people lie about things and get others in trouble. I've seen people lie and I got in trouble (they believed the liar) I've seen people act like best friends but one turns around and actually hates the other person and tells me all about it. I cannot believe the sort of shit people can do.

Everyone has that rage potential it's just that everyone has a different trigger. Some trigger at almost everything. While others can go thru life never triggering because they have a more unique trigger. If you can find and pull that trigger though then anyone is capable of going bat shit crazy on someone. I've seen people who are self proclaimed pacifists most of the time, go into murderous rages over someone killing or hurting someone they care about such as a spouse or child.

I find that when I am in a rage I can actually get worse with additional rage at the fact that someone managed to push me to a point where I lose control, I get pissed at them making me pissed. I usually try to warn them and if they can't stop I try to get away from them before I lose it. Sometimes you can't get away, you try to ignore it but it just wears you down until you snap. What you're doing here is good, by expressing your feelings on the things angering you, you're dealing with it and getting it out of your system even if it's just words typed in from a keyboard.

Good to know. I'm totally against benzos nowadays. How about Valerian capsules? I have a bottle that's never been opened.

Trout, I prescribe you some kayaking and good herb for tomorrow. Forget about that fuck unless he continues to make trouble. Then it might be necessary to knock some heads.

They say you can get tested for hormone levels

Some people have higher levels of some things explains why some people are depressed, high levels of stress (cortisol) can wear you down,

From what I hear from your post, the word that comes to mind is pride

pride-pulp.jpg

As your attorney, I would point to your posts that describe daily alcohol use. Drinking a lot, smoking a lot can wear someone down also.

Surprised to hear your angry with all the time you spend in the outdoors and your access to good ganja.

Me in my life, ive had some people push my buttons to the extreme so that made me sort of a dangerous person because I have a short fuse when it comes to respect. I was worn down a bit, But still, we cannot go on beating people, for various reasons.

Well, -I- cannot. And I wouldn't advise it even if it seems like a good idea at times.

Some people say that sometimes you have to make exemples out of people if not people are gonna be fucking with you. I have family but if I didn't have family around maybe I would settle all the scores and there would be no more playing around.

But with that, the whole eye for an eye, it seems like you might or rather you could lose your life. It takes strength to forgive and swallow a hit.

I dunno, I don't think there is a formula for this, I think it's personal choice, depending on various factors.

Lots of great advice here... anger is the undoing of the world...

Peace be unto you all!

And if the dog doesn't work out, try a cat... they can be very calming...if you can tune into their headspace :)

choosing a puppy starts with knowing what you want from a dog
the puppy is the dog; it shows its personality and traits from the time it can see
want a lap dog? choose the lap dog
want a hyper, excitable annoying dog, choose it

me, i want a dog whos pack centric, whos quiet, not excited, whos attentive and smart,
and most important, passes the tummy test.
got a box of pups in front of you? dump em all out and observe.
who sticks with the pack?, who bails and follows his tummy/curiosity? whos sociable with his litter ? who likes to be cuddled and have a tummy rub ?
all this can be observered the very firsat moment you meet him. a skittish puppy is a skittish dog , a spite pissing puppy is a spite pissing dog.
dont pck a dog cause you want a basset hound , pick a dog cause hes what you want in a dog.

"dump them all out and observe" if they are beagles, you won't be able to see, LOL! i stopped at a guys house once, heard dogs barking. "what kind of dogs do you have?" i asked. "beagles" the fellow said "my basement is where we keep the pups." we went down there & i bet there were twenty beagle puppies! i sat down in the floor and them little bastards covered me up. i had pups on my shoulders, standing on my chest licking my face, biting my ears, it was great! a wonderful way to de-stress yourself...

I have been there... many asshats have tried to push my leg, but I don't let them.

I find it is easier to avoid people thatn get involved these days, less drama and less security issues. People are people, and usually do exactly the opposite of what is best for them at any given moment, unless they are truly evolved and enlightened of course, but how many gurus are there on the planet at any one time?

Peace IS the answer, but must be established in advance... not after the fact when hard feelings are all that is remembered.

Thank GOD for cannabis!

Yeah man, agree with Payaso here.

And would reiterate it's pride f****** with you. I have too much to lose to go after people that piss me off; the best method ive found is avoidance. And this is coming from someone that has huge rage problems.. It's taken me a long time but im finally starting to be able to control my temper. Flying off the handle all the time is very immature and makes you look like a complete asshat if you are 30+ imo, plus it's really bad for your health having elevated hormone levels all the time..

Mulder says trust no one, damn straight. If you can screen all the total c**** from ever entering your life the going will be a lot easier.

nothing worth getting excited about..

Getting excited leads to trouble which leads to the po-po :)

Best to just smoke a joint, hit the water, and catch some fish....

Use products that use Soy in them. They are a natural female hormone that replaces testosterone with phytoestrogen.

Like he said, destress with a puppy.

Hard to get past what others do though. Maybe just tag him as worse off than you, acting that way. Kind of less than a man.

:coffee: Something tells me trout is in county munching on a baloney sandwich and enjoying a boxed milk. How do you expect to send commissary to somebody without a name, being held at an undisclosed location, u just know he says "yeehaw" on the reg???

Yep, hasen't signed on since he posted this.

Is it wrong to bet on any potential charges?

Don't give power to your negative emotions and try your best to move on. Focus on something more positive and live in the present moment. Don't become those thoughts in your "head"
