^ I just had the same problem wid ace this morning. cc wasn't accepted. haven't heard back from ace yet after I contacted them.

To place an order at our website you must make sure you go through the whole check out process until the system confirms your order completely.

If your card payment is denied then you may need to contact your bank to authorize your card for international online purchases or for that concrete purchase from us.

You emailed us on Sunday (yesterday) and I replied to your email today Monday morning, but please don't ask me to reply emails on Sunday because i also need time to rest and enjoy with my family and beloved ones.

My card is denied every time, then I call my credit card company and tell them that the charge is legit. It goes thru.

It may be a bit of a pain, but CC companies are protecting their interests. Also the seeds are well worth an extra phone call IMO

I have used the unregistered mail option every time, on their advice.
Sofar zero issues.

I'm going to stop posting on this until outcome as this matter has had more attention brought to it than I ever planned for. I greatly appreciate everyone quick help, reassurance and replies.

Ace genetics have been my go to for NLD for years, and I have always and continue to respect the folks at Ace, Canna B etc and am sure this will end well, just a shitty one off experience I hope that ends well, albeit not within my inpatient timeline.

The team at Ace resent the order and in under a week it was here across the pond...

I'm happy in a way I sent registered mail the first time (it didn't arrive but BC registered this was tracked and able to be resent / confirmed it was lost) BUT happier using regular mail as it actually made it to me this time! So it's kind of a catch 22 in a way but IMO use the regular mail and just be patient.

End result, Ace took care of me, second time sending out I got it in under a week and all's well that ends well.

Ace remedied what the post Fked up, thanks Dubi and crew, all is well that ends well.

The stealth was excellent, the speed of delivery was the fastest I have ever seen, 3 days with the regular mail option, this is lightning quick. The shipping price was really cheap for such a speedy option.

led05, I have ordered thousands of dollars of genetics from Ace seeds. General mail nothing fancy as far as shipping goes. I have received all orders but one. Four months after lost order I received a letter saying package had been confiscated. The odd thing is the letter had a 15% discount from another breeder in same envelope. I figure employee of postal service was looking for specific types of packaging. My order was replaced by Ace and I have the utmost faith in their services. Peace

Does anyone have much experience with ordering from ACE directly? I've never had any problems with any vendors or suppliers in past from across the pond (always to states in 1-2 weeks max).

This was my First order directly from Ace and status at local post office has been "admitted" since the 1st day of the order, 26 days ago, to me this has been clearly lost local or never even made it to local post.

I Have been in contact with folks at Ace and they have even filed a reclamation form at local Post Office but that was a week ago and I haven't heard a single thing back yet and have checked in 2x's. They have seemingly gone cold on me. I mean why would it take a week to track down a package that already has tracking on it!

So here I am, 26 days since my order, shipment status has been the exact same since date of order and Ace still won't concede that this package was clearly lost and send out a replacement order.

Is this a common experience?

I don't have 50 posts yet so can't contact Dubi directly but needless to say this process has been frustrating and concerning (no idea to whom or where this shipment went) and it seems no one will help me out.

I have never had an issue like this not resolved dating back to old school days of the 90's and sending bank Intl Money Orders.

I have run a lot of Ace gear and love the genetics but my first order direct has left a lot to be desired.

I'm sure someone over there will make things right and stop blaming the Holiday delays for a clearly lost package locally in Spain.

US East Coast representing here; I have dealt with Ace Seeds directly from their web site. Great people, great company, world class breeders. Be patient, communicate, and they will definitely take care of you.

They resolved my order issue, and now I can't wait to harvest my Ace Panama, THANKS ACE ! ! Once I get a couple runs to get a handle on my garden, I am going to order Golden Tiger and or Malawi, but Panama is intended to be my forever bud.

Thought I would post that the package sent to me by Ace on 3/25 (a difficult time in Spain due to the virus) has finally been delivered to northern California.

So that was 53 days in transit. Usually back in the old normal times, it was about 7-10 days. One time it came in just 5 and another time it was about 24.

I had just about given up that it would ever arrive, and had sprouted other seeds to be sure that spring days and garden space wasn't wasted. I'll squeeze a few of these in somewhere anyway.

Not sure there's any lesson here other than plan further ahead.

An order I placed in late March arrived last week (Southern USA). Musigny23 is right on as before pandemic 7-10 days once shipped was the norm. If the USPS is in the shits I assume every mail carrier in their countries are probably behind also.

It's very difficult for customs of any country to assure timely deliveries. One package in a container of mail can hold it all up for weeks.
Please have total confidence in dubi and Ace seeds. I don't even need all the fingers on one hand to tell you how many people I trust as much as dubi. So next to my wife and oldest son, dubi is the man. The quality of his genetics I hold in equal esteem.

Have faith with seeds from ace! He shipped my last order July 1, just received two days ago! Usually about two weeks to get here, but I’m sure the covid crap is causing delays. Multiple orders with reg mail and all arrived safe and sound!

Spain has always been slow to mail to US. Covid adds to that. Never had a ACE order not come thru.

For me it Took two months reg mail delivery to wrong address wtf? The fucking neighbors that ratted me out 5 years ago threw the letter in my front yard and it was confiscated by customs so no purple Honduras haze for me and now the killer a5 is backing up orders two weeks so the new shipment is going out in Sept maybe I'll get them Nov hopefully not another fucking customs letter
Good thing the 3 dogs didn't eat the dang thing but their wasn't anything in it so it would not matter
