The Main reason I posted it via a thread is I don't have enough posts to directly PM Dubi or I would have taken that route initially. I think I mentioned this in first post, if not my bad.
I'm sure it'll be taken care of just fine. My biggest gripe has been the reluctance of the team there to admit it was lost causing much longer delays IMO than necessary. I mean 27 days now in same status at LOCAL Spain post office clearly indicates it's been lost for weeks now which is what I've been continually communicating to them.
I get it's not ACE fault for the mail (they do choose whom to use however) but any other vendor online would have remedied this weeks ago. If I or you bought a TV or Tomato seeds online and they didn't move through tracking / post for weeks I think we'd all expect not to wait months for resolution / claims with Post but expect vendor to make it right prior to this, which any online vendor worth their salt would do.
Why would the case be any different here or in this space, the process is identical? In Fact the exact same occurred with another bank to me a few years back and they fixed the situation after sitting in same status at local post for 8 days, not 30 days, by sending out a replacement order and additional freebies regardless of waiting to find out what happened to the original, which can take months, if ever.
I think true, honest reviews here add a heck of a lot more value than the 100% praise it seems is dropped all over all banks in here (either due to bias / ridicule (the bank fanboys love to hammer anyone ever questioning anything) or simply being taken down by admin), some of which I know offer shady, hacked genetics and run a sketch business, yet still near perfect reviews and glowing praise by fan boys all over the web, I'm sure this does a great service to newbies trying to get honest & objective reviews.
**Ace, to me is a GREAT bank with great genetics. I have been running there gear since well before it was anywhere near known or mainstream, even among NLD lovers. I just feel the way this mater / order has been handled thus far; strung out, varying excuses and delivery timelines told to me etc has left a lot to be desired on my end.
I'm sure I'll be taken care of in the end.

I recommend getting to 50 posts and pm dubi.
Dubi hasn't been around as much since last fall but did pop back in a few weeks back. I imagine its just that he's out of town again. If you are in the US and it got seized they would normally send you a pink slip saying they confiscated them. I ordered from MNS a while back and it took over a month just to ship and receive.
I have ordered from ACE with no problems. They stand behind their work. I will pm dubi but until you get to 50 posts its not likely to benefit you.
I just checked Dubi was here yesterday....pm sent just chill.

I've a suggestion in an attempt to alleviate your frustration...
First...
Is it against the law to purchase seed & send it through the postal system in your location?
If it is then consider this...
Due to the illegal nature of your actions you need to take a step back & realize that "shit happens" every once in a while. It is to be expected!
While it's not the norm, shit still does happen!
Are you sending monies that you cannot afford to lose?
If so, that was your first mistake!
Planning a grow for seed you did not have was your second.
Your 3rd mistake is impatience. After all, you did order over the holiday season & you know damn well what the consequences of adding to an already overloaded system.
When I make any cannabis seed order, I realize I am acting illegally & that things could easily go sour & I lose the $$ & the order.
With that in mind, I never place $$ in the mail that I cannot afford to loose because once the mail is dropped at the PO, there is no replacing it.
If your still facing frustration, go get some exercise & get that shit off of your mind. You'll feel better being able to let go than dwelling on the loss.
