The Main reason I posted it via a thread is I don't have enough posts to directly PM Dubi or I would have taken that route initially. I think I mentioned this in first post, if not my bad.

I'm sure it'll be taken care of just fine. My biggest gripe has been the reluctance of the team there to admit it was lost causing much longer delays IMO than necessary. I mean 27 days now in same status at LOCAL Spain post office clearly indicates it's been lost for weeks now which is what I've been continually communicating to them.

I get it's not ACE fault for the mail (they do choose whom to use however) but any other vendor online would have remedied this weeks ago. If I or you bought a TV or Tomato seeds online and they didn't move through tracking / post for weeks I think we'd all expect not to wait months for resolution / claims with Post but expect vendor to make it right prior to this, which any online vendor worth their salt would do.

Why would the case be any different here or in this space, the process is identical? In Fact the exact same occurred with another bank to me a few years back and they fixed the situation after sitting in same status at local post for 8 days, not 30 days, by sending out a replacement order and additional freebies regardless of waiting to find out what happened to the original, which can take months, if ever.

I think true, honest reviews here add a heck of a lot more value than the 100% praise it seems is dropped all over all banks in here (either due to bias / ridicule (the bank fanboys love to hammer anyone ever questioning anything) or simply being taken down by admin), some of which I know offer shady, hacked genetics and run a sketch business, yet still near perfect reviews and glowing praise by fan boys all over the web, I'm sure this does a great service to newbies trying to get honest & objective reviews.

**Ace, to me is a GREAT bank with great genetics. I have been running there gear since well before it was anywhere near known or mainstream, even among NLD lovers. I just feel the way this mater / order has been handled thus far; strung out, varying excuses and delivery timelines told to me etc has left a lot to be desired on my end.

I'm sure I'll be taken care of in the end.

LED i can understand your frustration! I have had three attempts, One made by the disp owner for a patient who couldnt get ace to respond and is suffering from lupus so being online and following diligently was too much for the patient. I don't see waiting for 28 days as good customer service honestly. My brother also tried a couple months ago to inquire about a couple varietals they have offered up and got no response. Then i had my grow buddy try to order some zamaldelica do no avail. He wanted to actually establish contact with ace before spending 200 there.Just questions about bank transfers is all. Then we got a response from cannabiogen, maybe thats a better option? I am sorry you had to endure that as a paying customer! I am from the school of thought that every paying customer deserves to be treated top shelf man!

You got that right man. Helps to mention your Icmag user name also. I've ordered probably 2+ grand worth of seeds from Ace. Dubi always works it out :tiphat:. When in doubt if this is true/isn't Dubi will stop in and let you know.

That's been done numerous times baked B, the runaround, conflicting replies back & reluctance of the team there to admit it's clearly lost & resend order vs. waiting weeks / months more for the post to "confirm" , if they ever do, is/has been what's driving my frustration.

First...
Is it against the law to purchase seed & send it through the postal system in your location?

If it is then consider this...
Due to the illegal nature of your actions you need to take a step back & realize that "shit happens" every once in a while. It is to be expected!

While it's not the norm, shit still does happen!

Are you sending monies that you cannot afford to lose?
If so, that was your first mistake!
Planning a grow for seed you did not have was your second.

Your 3rd mistake is impatience. After all, you did order over the holiday season & you know damn well what the consequences of adding to an already overloaded system.

When I make any cannabis seed order, I realize I am acting illegally & that things could easily go sour & I lose the $$ & the order.
With that in mind, I never place $$ in the mail that I cannot afford to loose because once the mail is dropped at the PO, there is no replacing it.

If your still facing frustration, go get some exercise & get that shit off of your mind. You'll feel better being able to let go than dwelling on the loss.

If you are in the US and it got seized they would normally send you a pink slip saying they confiscated them. I ordered from MNS a while back and it took over a month just to ship and receive.

I have ordered from ACE with no problems. They stand behind their work. I will pm dubi but until you get to 50 posts its not likely to benefit you.

I just checked Dubi was here yesterday....pm sent just chill.

MJ, the only real thing that applies above is I'm impatient but also have reasonable expectations, at least IMO. The $$, time etc are not relevant... I'm not new to this process by any means and understand all the moving parts, this was lost local in Spanish City Ace is based in, and has been for over 3 weeks now.

I'm going to stop posting on this until outcome as this matter has had more attention brought to it than I ever planned for. I greatly appreciate everyone quick help, reassurance and replies.

Ace genetics have been my go to for NLD for years, and I have always and continue to respect the folks at Ace, Canna B etc and am sure this will end well, just a shitty one off experience I hope that ends well, albeit not within my inpatient timeline.

it'll end fine. you went direct to ace. ppl need to understand the importance of going direct if it's possible. for one thing ace doesn't have to split da money wid a third party seedbank. second, they personally own this one and you are in great hands.

I've been ripped so many times on beans. ace ain't the place to let that happen.

I attempted to make a purchase from ACE SEEDS yesterday... Site wouldn't take my cc right off so I gotta try again... Yep... Frustrating but I'll make it work.

^ I just had the same problem wid ace this morning. cc wasn't accepted. haven't heard back from ace yet after I contacted them.

Some times its your credit card that blocks the purchase.

Basically not every cc is set up for foreign transactions, you'll have to call your cc company and have them remove the block.

This is especially likely if u have never ordered from that website or country before

Had the same issue had to go into my local branch and got my order to go thru. I also chose to be billed in euros so maybe that helped? Ace is the place haha I was happy when mine came in. Peace sdd

Sorry for the slow reply, i have been working more than 12 hours per day past week, from Monday to Sunday, to update our website with the changes for 2017 and I haven't had much time to reply the threads here lately. I'm not outside the city, i'm simply working A LOT.

The spanish mail company works very fine and fast, and it's trustable, although sometimes some letters can be lost or misplaced due human failures. This happens very rarely and cases like yours happen less than 1 % of the times, probably one case like yours per year. 99 % or more of the orders we sent are received without any problem.

In case you need an extra courier company service then you must email us first and ask for it, so we can contact the courier company to estimate the cost of this extra service for your destiny. Else orders are sent via normal mail companies.

I know it is not your fault that you haven't received your order yet, but it's also not our fault as we sent your order by registered mail (as requested by you) the same day that you placed your order.

We are a very hard working, serious and trustable company as other customers have demonstrated here.

We reply all our company emails in the next 24 working hours after receive them, but please led05 don't expect me to reply you emails daily if i don't have any more info to provide you regarding the status of your delivery.

We already have placed a reclamation about the shipping of your order and now we need to wait for the reply of the mail company, but this process is completely out of our hand, and you must be patient and respect the timeline for these processes.

As i have told you via email, we will find a solution for your order in case the mail company cannot find your parcel, and there's no need to show off all this drama publicly in the forums.
