About to start my Journey … PCK , Malawi x PCK and Violeta

Day 33 . Well one of the Violetas ended up throwing some male flowers . it had to go . Looked like it went un noticed for a few days and pollinated some of the room . I am disgusted that I missed it . I was really counting on having some quality smoke this summer . Hopefully it wont be too seeded . Ill be back on to report in a few days .

Day37 Violeta#2 has the best terps in the room so far . Crazy purple fruity candy chewing gum smell .

A few of the original seedlings spreading out in the sun . This is the first year we are planting seedlings instead of all cuttings . Hoping for more explosive growth .

Day 45 . I asked this question back in January - what would be the difference between Violeta and Malawi x PCK ?
Here is a good example of the two side by side . MPCK#4 on the left . Violeta on the right . Almost identical structure on these phenos .
MPCK is sweet , lemony, gassy .
The Violeta is straight grape blueberry fumes . I cannot wait to be smoking on these and all of the other phenos .

The other MPCK’s have quite a variety of bud structure and smells developing . Very exciting .

Day59 . 1st two pics are M1 purple pck dom pheno super solid rock hard purple nugs . Next two are Violeta . Then a few overall pics of this run . Almost there .

Day 70 MPCK #5 - PCK structure with more of a Malawi fumes smell

Not sure yet . I think this Violeta#2 does not have many seeds . My other Violeta threw some male sacs so I just tossed it and didnt mess around with keeping that one . One of the MPCK’s had some hairs turn red early and some strange growth - possibly from stress within the room .
I am running a group of #1’s ( purple PCK pheno ) next batch so they should be more uniform as far as water , nutrient needs etc .

day 70 - MPCK #4 - Solid frosty nugs , gas with a hint of Malawi smell

Time to start sampling . Its been at least 14 days since they all were cut . Now the fun begins . Looks like I had :
(2) PCK dominant phenos - (purple #1 / green#5) .
(1) green very strong loud gas fumey #4
(1) green #3malawi leaner lemon gas smell . Could have gone 77 - 80 days to bring it all out .
(1) Violeta #2 - extreme purple swollen blueberry fruit gas Frosty nugs with almost a haze type of structure .
(1) green PCK#3 - fruity frosty
(1) purple PCK#4 - almost a burnt rubber smell
^ saved 2 male PCK to hopefully dust a few lowers of select MPCK .

Also trying to keep the outdoor mamas alive in this extended heat we have had . hoping for at least a few of these amazing phenos to work outdoors in our area . We shall see .

The outdoor projects have hit sone major snags probably from the extreme summer we had . We have a strange pest infestation the Iv never seen in 30 years . They attack the biggest woody stemmed plants and go inside the stalk . Some perfectly healthy plants showing no signs then wilt almost in a day or 2 . Oh well every year is different .
Day55 on a quick indoor run of MPCK phenos #1, #5 and a Violeta . Not my best work this round but it will do . Also here are a couple PCK’s forming up nicely outside .

Things are getting fun !!
1st pic PCK plants - bud profile is solid filling in really nicely . Smells fruity , grape buds turning purple . So far so good . Had to do some major defoliation .
2nd pic MxPCK#4 (green Malawi leaner) buds filling in , have a ways to go .
3rd pic is a small MxPCK#6 - (green? PCK leaner) . This one could be an interesting pheno . Smells like grapes and has the lemon cleaner starting in the background . Of course it was one of the runts so I have not flowered it before . I do have a cutting of it tho .

Love the work you are doing this year with Violeta and Malawi x PCK @Eastcoastcookies i have been following with great interest your posts and indoor pics in the sticky thread of each strain, yet didn't know about your outdoor efforts with them It looks like they are thriving in the outdoor conditions and your excellent care, and it won't be long until they finish.

Did the stalk infestation come from insects or fungus ?
