Thanks guys. Small update. This bud was picked at about 58 days. It's only been drying for about a day or so, but I believe it needs another week to mature; I just couldn't resist.

The earlier bud that I picked tasted hashy with a lemony background.:woohoo:

Thanks guys.

I'm going to take down the rest of the plant this week. I was so anxious about testing her that I've been taking buds off of her for the last week or so; for purely analytical reasons of course(lol).

Peace

Thanks Pebble. Saludos hermano...:joint:

Kali-You have no idea... I hadn't been this excited about growing out a new strain in quite a while...

Sackoweed-The buzz is very much in the head, you can feel a slight pressure in your frontal lobe and a very smooth relaxing buzz, it proved very good for hiking. The taste is mostly hashy with just a very, very slight citric influence that could be classified as lemon, but mostly hashy. A few bowls hit the spot after those long 13-15 hour days at work....

Peace

I finally took down the O.E. 8. I think it's day 67 or 68.

The trichs were mostly milky with a few starting to amber. Her water uptake slowed dramatically and many of her fan leaves started to die off, so down she came...

I'll post dry bud pics and a final smoke report when she's dried and cured.

I've got another one (O.E. 2), that is at about 6 1/2 weeks in and is probably going to out-yield this one, as well as one that's at week 4 I believe. I've also got the last female O.E., #4 going into flower tomorrow...:woohoo:

Cheers everyone.

High all,

It's quite typical that OE lost big quantities of main leaf after mid flowering. Hope you are enjoying there your first OE tokes! :smoke:

Thanks Rubio.

Hi Dubi, I'm enjoying the fine qualities of the OE very much, particularly considering that it's just the first of 4 females...The next one should be coming down within 2 or 3 weeks.

Thanks Bocil. I would love to see some fine outdoor bud-shots. Unfortunately a string of near 100 degree days and less than 1/2 an inch of rain in the last month, my outdoor is pretty much done for this season..

Thanks guys...

She was a nute hog all the way. I only ferted her 3 times during flowering, but the mix was loaded with organics and pretty hot;as per ACE's suggestions.

Sure scaramanga,

Summer indoor grows could be real painful in some hot areas. Best wishes!
