Unc, question about bike tires. Does a mountain bike sized(normal size) tire, come in a street treed and does that tire have less drag then the normal nobby tire?

um,yes, theres 3 common wheel sizes for mountain bike wheels now but theres road slicks available for all of them

What does it take to change tubeless tires/what all goes into changing tubeless tires?

same as a normal tire/inner tube just messier and no tube of course, normally you just put a plug in any holes you get in tubeless set ups,its sorta a pain sometimes to get the tire to set up properly, nothing you would want to try trailside unless you had to...

:coffee: mornin campers...

think it will be another day for chores...havent decided yet but i need to get medium and some bloom nutes, but its gonna be frickin windy most of the week yet again...so maybe better off going for a ride...although i finally figured out it doesnt matter as much if the wind is blowing if you're not trying to go fast...

anyway,i guess i should be glad its not hot yet,the flower room has stayed nice and cool so far, should be able to finish the current rounds with nice room conditions...

:bigeye: been doing a little looking around on the interwebz today looking for some bike bling...gonna redo the ice cream truck in all black but with a day of the dead theme...already have the tape for the rim strip, ordered a sugar skull top cap for the stem, and found sugar skull valve stem caps and gonna get a set of black pedals and some black cable housings....so all in all it will be fairly subtle...and i still will have the purple stuff for the other wheelset:biggrin:

Now yer talkin !!!

Mornin SUKers :coffee:

had a nice relaxing weekend ..... even had an epiphany to make a life change sunday morning . lit up my first cig of the day , choked on the fucker & threw them at the wife & said .... NO More , I'm done with these things , you can have them .
been more than 24 hrs so far ..... I really think i'm done this time ! no desire at all to pick one up & light it .

:bigeye: lol,i had a sort of epiphany as well...maybe not so life changing, good luck by the way...

yup,i think once this month is done im gonna stop using strava and just use the bicycle comps to track my mileage, thats all i really care about anyway...all the personal records and top tens and KOM stuff really doesnt matter,im not training for anything,i dont need to be fast, and it waste a ton of energy chasing after them...mind you,im a much better rider after a year of climbing challenges and racing around the trails, but after going and crawling around on the ICT the other day i realized i had the skills i need to go places already, and do it safely...if i got off and walked the bike it wasnt because i couldnt pull the moves,it was simply more prudent being miles from anywhere to not try something crazy...
so,time to just ride...

good on ya... I used extra joints to quell the finicky hands and physical fixations of smoking cigarettes after 2-3 packs a day for about 2 decades...
...now I can barely stand to be around them... I get nauseated, but I'm fairly confident that its a psychosomatic thing...

Congratulations :tiphat: it's a toughy , stay with it.

After you physical desire has stopped (within two weeks) you will be confronted by the Psychological aspects, like what to do with you hands. What to do when your FRIENDS offer you a smoke.

I have not smoked a cigarette in 38 years.

Good Luck on your journey

Once you get passed a few months it will get easier. The hardest part for me was not having a cig after getting blazed.

Good for you Dans! Way to go! Hope it lasts for you.
Ive quit a few times. I could never go cold turk so I hit the cig 3x every hour timed on my watch. Then it was 2 drags an hour, then 1 an hour. Then I would do that cycle every 2 hours and so on until I found myself going 4 or 5 hours without.
Stayed smoke free for about 10 years each time.

I picked up smoking again cause I chose too. Its a nasty habit and American Spirits are almost $11 a pack! Ouch! I need to quit soon myself. Been trying to keep to 1/2 a pack a day lately due to $ constraints but I always seem to smoke 15 a day. On top of 6 joints a day, Im a need a lung removed if I dont quit soon.
