im back to full fatty on the ict now,time for long slow rides instead of rushing around all the time...if i want to go fast i can ride the krampus...
Yeah I hear ya on the slower rides, sometimes they are the best ones as you get to enjoy your surroundings a bit better 
Looks like Florida is starting to grow some decent sized crocs, umm gators I mean, this one here is not a bad size at all, pity the farmer had to kill it as that one would of had a fair amount of years on them.

went to the doc today about the shoulder, torn rotator cuff , she shot it with quartazone , helped a lot, probably got 70 % use of it now, if it doesent get back to normal they will operat on it,

Ive been fighting a head cold all week. ENDLESS stuffy, runny nose, and now a cough and headache. Feel weak and dizzy.
I have my boy all week since his moms in Cancun. Hes hyper and always wants to play.
Yesterday I took him fishing, played basketball, and now I really feel like shit waking up today.

back is better today...although it doesnt look like the frickin windy season is ever going to end...almost looking forward to the heat just so it isnt a 30 mph headwind every time i want to go ride!
seedlings are starting to show sex,should only take a week or so to have them sorted...clones are set for the next round,two weeks to harvest..about time to gather the stuff i need to set the tents up...another 6 inch filter,some insulated ducting,that should do it...

slept in today , but shouldn't have ! another day of busting my ass & spending money
but its supposed to rain the next 2 days , which is good cuz theres indoor garden chores that need to be done too . gotta get my next round into the 3 gallon pots in veg & top off some rez's ..... shit like that .

we have a chance of rain here tomorrow and saturday,mainly friday night though...trying to figure out where to go ride today...and what bike...think it will be the ICT again...think i will go wandering....explore some 4wd roads...that means lots of sandy arroyo crossings...

Well i think the root cause of the clones dying was probably drowning. All the others are just rippin along fine right now. Pulled the dead ones and checked em out under a magnifying glass and couldnt really see anything out of the ordinary. The ones that were starting to look drowned i pulled out of the coco and put in much drier coco to see if it helps and this morning it appears as though it did.

back from riding...got in a nice little ride,had everything a good mountain bike ride should have...singletrack,two track,obscure 4wd roads,some mild blood loss,a bit of hike-a-bike and some trespassingnow 40% of the way up everest...still have 19 days left to finish so i really only need to hit 50% by the end of the week to stay on track...
i see i cracked 6000 miles for the year today...my year will end june 1st since thats when i started running strava full time to track my rides....so about 6300 miles by months end,and im at 268,000 feet climbed over the last year and still have like 18000 feet left to do this month...not gonna crack 300000 this year,but i bet i do next year...
