mornin campers...

its world bike to work day, strava is doing a big thing today since all the ride data gathered will be used for various countries to see where improvements in bike infrastructure can be made...and here in the US the less than 1%ers,thats right, less than 1% of americans are full time cyclist, its especially important for us to get out and ride...
and its tuesday night ride, although as usual i will skip the night part of it,gotta be home for the girls, almost ready to flush one set of plants...

:yoinks: man,i thought bike stuff was expensive! i've been looking at upgrading some of my camping gear and holy crap its pricey! just a good inflatable ground pad is like 200 bucks!! i think all i really need is a down jacket, something that packs small but still warm...but those are like 300 for a good one...
anyway,i can fit a lightweight summer kit on the straggler easily and it carries the least stuff, the ICT i could have a full frame bag and use the rigid fork where theres mounts for anything cages...or get some hose clamps to attach them to the front shock...or the ogre with the trailer...
so well covered for everything from light and fast to slow and luxurious...

:tumbleweed:surprisingly just about ready to go...should be interesting getting used to the fat tires again after spending so much time on the road bike...and maybe not have to fight the winds so much today...

Gotta finish up this construction, this shit is getting tedious. This shithole is a money pit.
On the plus side the purple urkle x Kandahar and gg4 cross seedlings are all doing great.

Mornin, yea camping gear can get up there, I have what I think is a pretty decent setup for backwoods camping hiking, still need to upgrade on a few things, and still haven't stepped on the scale to actually see what it weighs out, but I got all light and fast 3 season stuff, one day I'll get that Appalachian trail hike on.
We've got prob the more cheaper stuff for campground family camping, stuff ya wanna pull up to with a car or truck. 2 burner Coleman, air mattress, big heavy cheap tent/tents.
I really want an RV..... One day

Glad you brought this up ODW :tiphat:, I was gonna post and see if I should do the 2nd two plants like I did the 1st one. It was an attempt to prune/lollipop but afterwards I was afraid I had done too much so I hadn't done the other two yet. nor the Darlins. I didn't top any of these so I could see how they would grow out.

Anyone / everyone please feel free to chime in.

Here folks :smoke out:, it's time to puff

The plant in the 3rd pic down.......Ide cut off those 2 tiny bottom branches. They dont make good clones cuz they are the unvigorous branches, and they are stalling the growth on the branches that want to explode with growth. IMO of course. Not trying to tell you what to do. Just tryin to encourage growth on them perfect ladies.

Re-ducting the Veg area today, got to switch over from winter ducting/set-up to summer time ducting set-up. Did a little re-arranging last night in the veg area, so I had to turn lights off. One of the my lights which is the newest 400w bulb wouldn't re-fire when I plugged the ballast back in. I had problems when I first got the bulb, it wouldn't fire and I took it back to the store and they plugged it into one of their ballasts and it fired. I hate having to take anything back to this grow shop as they never want to replace anything. There is another shop I prefer but they are on the other side of the state.

whats the difference in your ducting in the season Gano?

Morning everyone. Took the day off to get some stuff done around the house. Twas rather weird....had 2 clones that literally just wilted and died on me about 5-6 days after transplanting to coco out of the cloner. Leaves yellowed up and wilted....literally have NO clue why. All the other clones from the same batch are doing just fine. The only thing i can thing of is maybe i drowned them with too wet of coco right out the bat? Ended up taking more cuts from the Dubb and Rom Diesel that i have in flower (day 17). Im hoping these will root otherwise ill have to try to reveg

stumped

In the winter time not everything gets vented outside. I use the heat from the lights to heat the veg room/area in the winter. I also added in an extra 400w light to the veg area this winter and was just set-up on a passive duct with some tap over the end of 6inch duct flange on the hood, which allowed me to reduce the amount of air moving through the hood. I've been using two different fans to vent the two different ducts, but I'm going to re-do the ducting so that they are hooked up to just one duct instead of the two.

Oh, was going to ask you all, which way do you position your air cooled hoods with the flow of air? The air moving towards the top of the bulb to the base or flowing from the base of the bulb towards the top of the bulb?

lol, yeah,a tiny bit different when you're trying to pack it into a limited amount of space...i have a fairly decent one man tent, and with ground pads and my 40 degree sleeping bag its only 7-8 lbs which is not too bad since that includes a 5x7 tarp and a small camp pillow, and its a big wide 4 inch air pad so its pretty comfy as far as camping goes...and like i said,i can fit everything i need onto the bike with the least capacity to carry gear...so the weak point in my gear is a good down jacket...i have good jackets but they are far too bulky for bikepacking...fine when i want to pull the trailer, theres loads of space then...but otherwise my jackets are just too big to carry, and even in mid summer i can still get cold...

Yea he's running 4 under each light in big 4x4 smart pots, all the gravitas are recessed with ventilation above, a mini split on each wall and 3 fans on each wall, I believe running co2 in rooms and botanic are nutes, he even has GG4 in there (I forget but he says where he got it I think)
