thought it would be a slow day at work...then i sold,and hand loaded, a full pallet of happy frog + 2 bags and after that it seemed like everyone needed medium or 50lb bags of gypsum or big bags of build a flower...did not skip upper body day
Tossing 50 pound bags around all day should be easy for a guy like you ...
it's not though,two bad shoulders,bad elbows,bad lower back...the sad thing is the two youngsters they sent to get the pallet could barely keep up with me...they were breathing hard...i wasn't

Me I have short arms. When I get a shirt that fits my shoulders and neck there is like 6 extra inches of sleeve. Plus the breast pocket tends to be under or just above my belt.

the bike is the one place i'm free of pain really...aside from riding my legs off on occasion of course...the first half mile or so is always a bit painful until i get warmed up and my knees pop,after that i'm good to go...and even on bad back days riding stretches it out to the point the pain stops...mostly...Oh.. oops
cycling is a lot about being able to ignore the pain and discomfort and keep going even when everything is screaming at you to stop...the rest is just bling and tight shorts

It’s miserable out there tonight cold and wet
2 months ago my landlord gave me 60 days to find a place to live because his daughter wanted my house. I thought I was fucked and wouldn’t be able to find a place where I could grow. 2 weeks ago I was blessed by the ganja gods and landed a house on 10 acres with a full basement. The basement also has a 12x24 room attached at 1 corner. All I gotta do now is build it and they will come lol
