:tumbleweed:mornin campers...oh yeah? well i fell 25 feet to the ground 3 times in the space of 10 minutes on the same boulder problem and 30 feet to the ground then about 100 feet of rolling down a hillside...and then fell less than a body length and broke my ankle....so there!
.

So you fell a couple feet since you are like the Sears Tower tall then. Me I am short. So if I fell a couple inches less than the average guys height it is still over my head.

Broken ankle huh. Kind of fragile. Lol.

Seriously rock climbing is hard too. Lots of upper body work. And the worst part is you break nails and scratch you nail polish.

the worst part is all the fucked up tendons in my hands and elbows, and the wonky ankle...and i was never particularly good at it...it was fun while it lasted, used to do 100 pullups a day at work on doorjambs and more on roof beams...not anymore....you should see me struggle to open a bag of chips now...all that grip strength gone....i do miss all the time outdoors, camping, and going on road trips...but i guess slamming into the ground over and over literally thousands of times bouldering without ropes, and for many years without a crash pad got the ground angry with me...

:watchplant: done with the veg garden, still need to get into a couple tents and do some cleaning and swap some lights around so i can get three tents into flower...looking like i will be starting at the job at the end of april,so one more round before i become a paycheck earnin' fool and just have my 6 legal plants going here at the house...6 plants in flower...i have some unguessable number of strains....so more than i can count on one - five hands...for here the idea is to get the plants big and shuffle them into flower as space opens up and take clones at that point...it would be nice to get the early veg area moved out to the workshop so i don't have to listen to fans 24/7 anymore...

good thing i saved all the boxes....gonna be packing a bunch of stuff away soon...moar space for bikes!

That's the hard work. I sub out my clean up. I make much more stripping and installing it. But I am a pretty quick installer. Plus it is hard to find someone who has the upper body strength to strip it consistently quick. So I do that as well.

If it is a decent day I can put down 1.75-2 square a hour average for a 6/12 or less. That includes everything in that total. Drip felt water shield flashings and ridge vent.

I am slower at stripping and my numbers are all over depending on the roof. I have ripped off a square in as little as 3 minutes and as long as 9 hours. It really depends what the condition you start with.

But yeah there is great money in roofing. Last summer I was averaging $165 per hour. But that is working hard. But most of my bids were half the labor charge of my competitions bids. At least the ones I saw.

Whats the most layers of old roofing youve encountered guessing that might be the 9hr/?

I am about to go retro. Well don't know what the deal is with my veg. Thought it was the low temp from led. Swapped in small hps and got the temp up but now the RH is 25-30. So added a small humidifier. I tried turning up the 260w qb but they didnt like that at all. Only noticed they were nearly stopped when I started some seeds under a shop light and they caught up. No idea. Flower tent is looking fine and like the new mars bar well the fce4800.

I don't want to have to run space heaters so either just let shit go slow or change it up a bit. I find it hard to try one adjustment at a time too which only adds to problems.

we use different nutes so i don't know how relevant this is but...in veg i add a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of epsom and i bumped my nutes up by 50%,pH 6.5....in flower the same amount of epsom but my nute levels stayed the same....no meters here

The most I did was 2 layers of cedar shakes with 5 layers of asphalt shingles. So 7 layers.

It was not the worst. That was a area that I had to remove two layers of shingles then a layer of OSB then a layer of shingles and another layer of OSB. It was surrounded on 3 sides with siding.

I removed a layer of aluminum that was tarred to the siding. Then some boards nailed on with 6 inch pole barn spikes. Then some boards with 3.5 inch ardox nails. Then I had to tear out all the shattered cement siding.

All this had to be removed before I could even fix the bottom roof deck. Once that was done I went around the out side walls will metal flashing which I sealed to the new roof deck with ice and water shield. Finally I put down one square of shingles.

The next day I installed the step flashing and new siding. It took 2 days to accomplish all this.

all my rooms are set to "have no way to modify temp or humidity"...never really caused me any issues except in the hottest part of summer and the two weeks of really cold days this winter

So my wife mentions to me that she ran into a smoking hot friend of ours, and said she said hi. I said oh nice what's new with her? Wife says, she is not with so and so anymore, moved to x place, doing great, looks amazing and on only fans now and making a ton of money.

I did the most amazing Oscar winning job of not flipping myself over hearing this news. After a moment I deadpan, what's only fans? My wife replies, she's flicking her bean on the internet for money. Somehow some way I managed to say, that's gross. Good lawwwwd what a bombshell!

Haven't found her.... yet hahahahhaa
Snowing, 13 degrees, about 9" new snow since yesterday. Warming up to thirty today. Have to hog out the drive and then spend the rest of the day in the 72 degree grow rooms.
