small progress . stripped everything back and starting from scratch . rome was not built in a day . the full room is getting the full shabang .

so the electric company never sent a technician. i managed to email them and get a call response. they cancelled as the supplier told them there is now nothing wrong with my meter.... a ploy to get me to contact again and they will explain they will only fit a smart meter at some point . the lady told me on the phone, ' sir there is nothing wrong with your meter , we do not need to come out ' ... sounds too good to be true and it is , as i promise you i will get an automated letter again warning me my meter is not working and i need an inspection and if i do not respond i'm liable for payment of forced entry to the property ...
so , the next move would be just to flower one plant , and wait for the next letter to arrive, and arrange for the technician for the fourth time to visit when the plant has finished flowering .
that is the best i can do in that situation without too much risk or loss if need be

fourth . it is because i'm glitching their automated system , and indian customer service centre , by refusing smart meters . i would put money on that , and i don't gamble

my senses are on high alert . 1 plant i will flower asap , and if i need to cull it at any point i can and it won't be such a big loss. or if they turn up unexpected etc and have to turn off the power for a period. i don't want it smelling , or sound of the fans firing back up etc . many angles i have envisioned
