There needs to be a flat board between the poles to mount that flang that comes with wall fans. It would work as if I was mounting it on a wall. It would look super clean. Using those brackets lets me move the board up or down when needed. That size is too big for the poles.

Then, as unc said some pvc pieces put in there would do the job. But I would personally go for some rubber or pipe insulation pieces. Would work very well if you cut it in proper strips and make sure it rubs very well against the poles when tightened by those mounts I guess you would get the vibration dampening on the mounts pretty cheap that way, too. I hang fans, even wall mounted models i use chain for security but I use overtightened rubber straps in paralel to make sure those take the vibrations. If the rubber fails, the longer chain takes the weight. I just use hooks to mount them onto the chains. But I don't care about clean looks, only need safe, cheap and easy to use. If its also already available like steel hooks and chain pieces are in my workshop, then it's a winner for me.

I need some ideas from you DIYers in here... I need help finding pole clamps that will fit my tents.. I need to mount a fan.. I don't want it to be a permanent location.. I want the mounts to be able to slide up/down on the poles.. I found these but the smallest is 19mm I need 16mm. I could modify but if anyone has some ideas that would work let me know?.

Those are a bit beyond what Id like to spend at $75 for 1 lol.. The clamp needs to have a flange with a hole that I can bolt to a board. Ill just get the kind I posted and modify an insert to reduce the size to 16mm.

I have tried nearly ever clip fan available finally flipped a honeywell turbo upside down and bungie'd it to the moveable cross bars so it wont tick works great and way more flow than anything else. Just enough head space to fit 6.5' tent.

100,000 plants and 200,000 lbs of marijuana seized in Oklahoma was in the news today, those are the kind of operations that flood the market and I am glad to see as many of them get taken down as possible.

i just attach a fan to a piece of plywood cut to fit so it rest on the ceiling supports for the tent or just use zip ties

Agreed. Im no fan of corporate cannabis or any large scale producer. I don't understand who thought this was a good business model. Any product that is over saturated kills the market. Some in Cali are forced to take 1k$ for top shelf because of over supply. I see it in every legal state.

It should have never gone beyond small-batch IMO.

I got the main veg tent cleaned. I have a fan in this tent but that metal grate wasn't cheap. I couldn't find anything to use at the time. This fan has been working for years. I took all the fans out and cleaned them up. Pots are all brushed and bleached. The 6" scrubber/fan is here gonna install that in the new 8x4 since I will flower in it. I also got a 4" scrubber/fan for the veg tent. Now my back hurts gonna rest.

Nice run going SJ!

If I could get top shelf for 1k, it would be lights out for sure here….we’ll, I would have to trust the grower too

Damn the only thing I got here is well nothing. Guess you will have to get it from Unc. I am third shelf at best. Top dollar and untrustable too.

I do offer free back hair in each sample. Gives you that good coughing fit effect. With the tight chest feel to boot.
