1st door swings outside, second door swings inside This the cold region so yea. Also handy is cops come, they cant kick in the door, they´ll need to ram thru the damn shit cause theres frames.. Also if big bad wolf comes huffing and puffing my door down, he has another thing coming. Might have to take the whole damn house down.
Most doors here swing out now that I think about it, and there´s usually two. Unless one out and then another in a hallway of some sort. Then it swings both ways. And there´s nothing wrong with that, hehe
Only hotel doors and thing open inward.
It´s little things like that which set us apart. Did you know that US hoodies have the zipper on the wrong side compared to rest (most) of the world.
Really fucks with your head trying to zip one up when drunk. Unless you are a hoodie pro like me.
Not a joke, look it up. It´s a weird world we live in, mang
Gotcha. My door swings inside. But I only have the main door and don't have a screen door or "Storm door" like they call it here in south US.
and the zipper thing here is one way for men, and the opposite for women. Same with pants buttons. Men have button on their right and buttonhole on left. It's the opposite for women's clothes.
You made me think of that video I saw of the cops trying to use the battering ram to beat the door in.. they aren't having any luck untill the resident opens the door and it swings out. He said 'it was unlocked all you had to do was pull!"
What, seriously?
I thought it was a regional thing, not regional and gender specific, too. Madness!
So unisex pants then, they have buttons on both sides, or just holes?
And what about toilet paper? Seen some weird people who have the loose end of the roll facing the wall and not the other way, where it´s conveniently hanging in the air..?
That is just... Damn, mang.
I can't be more appreciative of the help getting him to this point. He is recovering. He took his 1st steps this morning. Tomorrow we have a vet appt. I have so many questions to ask. I don't want this to happen again.
