i make it a point to always have grow room glasses on whenever i'm working on the plants...the other night i bonked the glasses with one of the million and a half stakes in the room...don't think i would have poked my eye out,but i'm also glad i didn't have to find out

you need some Nerf golf balls on your punji sticks...

I do it a bit different , usually use one or two main stakes and then garden wire the limbs to the sticks

Thanks I just want people to understand completely so they don't f up their plants. It helped me when I started. A lot of new growers read here so need to be detailed for them.

Sometimes even a limb to a limb,and to a stake ...

Yes indeed >> Limb to limb to stake , then through to the other side and the same again…Sometimes even three limbs on each side of the stake with those green twisty wires..Depends on the plant size and the strain …for example Mac #1 reached 4 feet last run and was totally self supporting!
