Been windy here too...talking 70mph winds...crazy...hope thats over with

Went and talked to a machine shop guy face to face...worked a lot easier than over the phone...they gave me a rough estimate for 600 to 700 bucks...just waiting on the final estimate

Going to see the doc today...at least Baker will be with me for the road trip...he makes my day

Ya it was super windy here last night and today.
With all the rains, cold, and wind, Im glad I didnt have to finish these plants outside.
Trash buckets and recycle bins were all over the place.

The radio does suck. Even when they play a tune from a band you like, they overplay their worst songs on the album. Feeding us rock milk when we want some meat!

huey, you better call another machine shop ...like unc said..$600 is fucking crazy! the heaters i bought call for a tolerance of .001" on the hole and i expect to pay no more than $100 for the 6 holes i need drilled. f' ing california

well hell,i can hear the winds whipping down the street now...i was hoping to go to the bike shop to check out the new wheel parts but i really hate riding in 20+ mph winds...but then again we are talking shiny shiny bike stuff


only have a few more hours of trimming to do and the winds are only gonna get worse...hoping that tomorrow isnt so bad and a can catch a quick 20 miles and knock off another 1000ft...may be able to crack 10000m this month,only like 750m left to go...

looks like i am going to the bike shop today,turns out all the parts are in,thought the bottom bracket was still coming but its here,and they have time for the install so looks like a break from trimming for a bit...

Took Cricket in to the vet yesterday. Had the Usual stuff. Dozer goes in today for some shots then again on Thursday for the oral Surgery. He will be hurtin on that day. It has to be done. Tryin to Make him feel better in his old age.

hey hammer, do y'all have mosquitoes out your way? just curious if one has to put dogs on heartworm prevention out there like we have to do here.

Mosquito's are everywhere no? We can but not required. Never had a dog that had HW its not a major concern here that I know of.

hell yeah! got the crankset and 30 tooth oval chainring installed,noticed the difference right away,the old crankarms were 180mm and the new ones 175mm and while 5mm isnt a whole lot i was getting weird leg pains from the old ones since all the rest of the bikes have 175mm crankarms...

wheels are all laced up,i can pick them up tomorrow...gotta get back to trimming now...
