well dangit! all my shiny new bike parts came in but im gonna be busy trimming for the next couple of days...mostly its wheel stuff but the rest of the crank parts came in and i need to have that installed

Dan you can't measure the PH of RO/DI WATER accurately.. It will be close to 7 but you cannot measure it since there are too few ions to register well. The readings will be all over. Anytime you measure the PH it has to be after you mix up the Nutrients. I add 60mls of cal/mg to my 55g drum of RO/DI. It still reads 0 EC but lets me read the ph witch is 7.4..

Going to do some more squishin today and also going to make a few more cartridges. got some new batteries for them and they work muuuuuuch better. need to do a few more tests then i think they will be rockin!

I know this hammer . but obviously my filters are letting something through thats measurable . when my TDS & PH start to climb i know my filters are going bad . especially when the PH reads that high & it comes outa my tap at 7.5 . 9.5 must be a pretty close reading too because i've had to PH down my nute mix instead of using protekt as a PH up .
i would love to know what the filters are letting through from my tap , to make the PH climb that much from what comes out of the tap .

this is the same thing WL just went through a month or so ago .

Evening fellas
Slouching and watching some SOA......not much else happening here this evening.
Kinda enjoyed kayaking so making plans on another trip soon....have to borrow the yaks so have to plan around the owners schedule

sea kayaks? that is a lot of fun,pretty easy unless you're stupidly out in 4 foot swells working against the tide in 40 degree water,then its neither fun nor easy....

you want some real fun try putting a downrigger on the kayak and go trolling for salmon and then be amazed that an 11lb fish can pull you around for 15 minutes or more...

Hey all, so I've been listening to my local radio stations on my computer. There is one that I like the most, oh and I can't get a good radio signal in the house thus why I've been via my computer for my radio. Their web site hasn't been working since friday night. I did things like clearing my cookies/browser history. I sent them a message and they replied telling me to do the things I've already tried. IT pissed me off big time them going straight to it's on your end and them not looking for an issue on their end. I replied back to them in all caps and I still can't listen to the station. I can listen to other radio stations that are on-line, but they aren't as great. Am I justified in being pissed off that their tech didn't do anything to trouble shoot my problem other they sending me a check list of things to try on my computer?

Well I wouldn't be pissed this is technology and it's not always as easy to fix problems that could def be on your end..? Plus there are worse (better) things to be pissed about, like the IRS...
As for the radio station good on u for trying bad on them for being due sssshhhh essss!

well gano.....i get annoyed at things like that too but have found that if i don't do anything i get about the same action/response as if i had bitched.....so i don't waste the time anymore, i just go on. as far as radio, have you ever considered Sirrus/XM? Lot's of channels there to pick from.

Radio tunes SUCK !!!!! they play the same lame shit over & over again !!! Satelite radio is much much better ! but i get most of my music off the internet . alot from youtube .
i keep my satelite radio & an MP3 player loaded with all kinds of shit in the van for road trips . never have to hear the same thing twice unless i want to !!!


Hey unreg ..... not sure if you knew this or are even interested , but Bucket is on tour !!! you plan on going to any of the shows ? i'm hitting at least 1 , maybe 2 of them . have tickets already for syracuse .
