My desktop PC wont start. It turns on, but don't post. The lights come on, on every thing. It's not posting. Any one know of a computer place where I can get a motherboard that takes DDR3 ram. The place I've gotten stuff from only has MB's with DDR4 type of memory.

I'm using my old old laptop. can't do much right now, as this thing is soooo slow
