A Guide to Fishsticks

No not at all ph patrol. That wasnt my intention at all.

My main point was that the guy was not representative of real hunters at all.

I am truly saddened when I down a trophy buck even though that was the goal all along.

My post was a reflection that no real hunter would do that, in fact much the opposite. All the hunters I know love game animals and are some of the most conservation minded knowledgeable people around about animals and habitats ect.

I didn't even see the coyowolves in your pic. That is truly something that would make my week.

Please take my sincere apology for coming off wrong I'm my first post. Text doesn't convey thought sometimes.

Would it make a difference if it was a family pet.. I'm sure he will do it again if he gets a hold of another cat. Your dog is not a wild animal. I have a big soft spot for animals. Its never a pets fault for there bad behavior. I had a cat many years ago. She was poisoned or ate something poisoned. This same cat found a Hamster outside and brang it to me alive.

i agree, theres no such thing as a bad dog, only bad owners...

the labradoodle i watch all the time is well trained enough that i take her out in the front yard when i'm working out there and don't need to tie her up....more than once there's been a cat across the street but bailey will not go past the sidewalk, she will run up to it and bark her fool head off but she won't go out into the street...there's been more than once i left my side gate open when she was here but she's always just sitting right at the fence line, she wont go past that line unless you call her...

You cant always fault a pet owner for what a animal will do. I dont fault my neighbor for their dog jumping a 4 foot fence and killing my dog in my yard. It was a game dog and my dog only weighed 4 pounds. It is what animals will do sometimes.

If purpurs dog killed a cat in his yard when he was not there I fail to see how he was at fault for something he was not there to stop. The cat came into his yard. It is not his job to keep all animals out of his yard.

The real problem is that the cat was feral or someone else neglected to take care of their pet in the first place. If it was someones pet they dont care enough to watch over their pet. If it was a feral cat it also got their because someone else neglected their pet also at sometime.

Purprur can not be held to account for someone else not taking care of their animal.

It is unfortunate that the cat died but I fail to see how it is Purpurs fault for some one else not being accountable for their pet.

Busy weekend for me. I’m going outta town for Thanksgiving week :Bolt: on my annual in-laws trip, and I’m trying to get everything ready before I go. Gotta harvest two plants, take clones, wash containers and bamboo stakes, make a to-do list for the buddy who’s watching the grow, wash rez, etc... :mopper: All by the end of the day Tuesday. Starting to feel like a normal job cramming all that work into a few days!

Been out shopping today with the wife in preChristmas shopping hell! I’ve cussed at ppl in parking lots, flipped ppl off while driving, complained almost constantly in stores, and drank enough Starbucks to keep me up for two days! Now about to pick my 14 yr old daughter up and go back out to grab some food. Tis the season.... :cuss:

Praying mantids eat a wide variety of pest insects, mites, and insect eggs. Young mantids prey upon soft-bodied insects such as Aphids, Leafhoppers, Mosquitoes, and Caterpillars. As adults they will eat larger, hard shelled insects such as small Beetles, Grasshoppers and Crickets.

The Chinese food delivery guy seemed cool, so after giving him a couple bucks tip, I offered him a bud too. He says " A budwieser or a........?"
And I said Or a!
He says hell yeah.I made him up about 5 grams of assorted Sour Dubb, Bucksaw, DBMH, Purple, and haze. He was overcome with joy.
He just came back for a zip for thanksgiving. He is a green house grower, and hasn't bought any weed in 5 years, but mine was some of the best flavor and high hes had in a long time

i noticed some egg cases out in the front yard the other day, theres always some praying mantis around, and lots of different kinds of bees and butterflies, and hummingbirds...lots of different food plants for all those critters so during the summer theres always something flitting around...and tons of little blue tail lizards...

one of these days i want to do another garden out back where i can get high and enjoy it in privacy...kinda have a good idea what actually thrives here, and what thrives with zero extra water...

i like nature...and this is the desert, water is scarce...if i can have a yard full of plants that help the local wildlife without having to use clean, drinkable water than i can only see that as a good thing...
