A Guide to Fishsticks

I’ve had Radiation 5 days/2 days for 12 weeks.

It shrunk my tumor and was the easiest part of my Cancer Treatment.

I’ve had surgery and 6 months of strong chemo. I tried RSO and had a recurrence and went back on maintenance chemo.

I had a major infection (almost died), 6 weeks in hospital and rehabilitation.

I had a PET/CT Scan Tuesday and will be seeing my Oncologist Wednesday.

I’ve been at it for 3 years. It’s a tough battle. Thank god for my wife of 40 years, she does everything for me.

Wish me Luck - I’m praying for everyone with cancer.

And we’re with you friend your attitude is encouraging. I get wrapped up in my own ailments that I forget we all have a fight going on. We just ever know when it will end. We just have to keep fighting.

25 here right now. Perfect working weather outside. But I dont have anything to do right now out side. lol

mornin campers...




brrrr...chilly in the house...might need to drag the space heater out...for sure i'm gonna want leg warmers for riding today...it will be back in the 60's in a couple of days...pretty much describes winter here...gets cold for a couple days,then it's back to shorts and sandals...


got a couple of days of doing chores here before i have to dive into trim world...gonna be a long stretch,i think it's not until mid december it will all be done...so far its the best looking crop i've seen from this spot...should be fairly easy trimming,and good dense buds so the weight adds up quick...and i at least get 16 miles of riding in commuting back and forth...

looks like it's finally above freezing outside...gotta go to the grow store in a bit and get some more overpriced smelly brown goo...and yet another trip to wallyworld,been lazy and shopping with just a backpack,can't really haul much that way...gonna roast a chicken and make some mashed taters tonight and warm the house up by doing some cooking...

Personally the last few days have been rough... I'm all cried out and feeling alright... For what ever reason I catch myself waiting for that Chirp Chirp on my phone that Dan has Txted.. Going to hurt for a while but for the most part I've accepted this Loss and processed a lot of it... Wow.. There is a pretty big hole in my life without him here... But I know you boys feel the same way... Let me know how y'all are... Ill be back firing up my thread again... In no time at all.... Y'all swing by....

been smoking some thin mints this morning...one of the last cuts i got from dans...what a heck of a guy,got to try out so many different cuts due to his generosity...gonna miss his room builds....remember the attic grow with the mini blinds? or the pink room?


dug out the winter riding gear,about to head out,probably way overdressed since its cold in the house,still pretty chilly out though...

back from errands...it was chilly going downhill,but i warmed up quick as soon as i started climbing back towards home...




best get to cooking...




a better day today,not as melancholy as i felt yesterday...keeping busy helps,and of course actually paying attention to the garden will pay off in the long run....excited to have the flower room full and all 6 lamps going,winter runs are my best ones of the year,and a room full of cookies and crosses of cookies should be very photogenic...
