I told this guy it would be 2 days and he thought I couldnt get the roof done in that amount of time. And he is right because I will be done by noon tomorrow.
well that makes way more sense...pizza or tortillas make more sense for a roof anyway...
Well I guess I should stop stalling and water. Just beat from installing over 5500 pounds of roofing.

Everything is great while on them. But when you get off them, well that's when you come down. Then if you slip on the way down the ladder, you really come down hard.

Well I got my plants watered the chickens put away and feed, garbage out for pick up, something to eat, and a shower. Stood in front of the fan after the shower and it was awesome.
That’s an impressive day Ich...21 squares...I helped roof once many years ago...thankful I do not have to do that every day....hard work.
I have not roofed like that in about 15 years. There is a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon so I worked a little longer yesterday to get it done before they arrive. I am about to go at it again.
If I had to do roofing to pay my bills I would have to work less than about 3 days a month at that pace. About 45 hours would do it.

Well, the Hammers Kushs' handled the full sun all day like a champ. Got 11x - 65gln fabric growbags and 1x - 45gln.
They only had 7 of one brand, 4 of another and a 45gln.
I ordered 12x - 65gln of the same kind. lol. Oh well. It works.
So we will be getting about 2k worth of soil for these 12 plants, and 4 plants in 100's at the other spot.
I still got 1 other spot with 12 plants and another with 6. Gonna be a stupid busy year being head gardener for 34 full season plants.

when i was a kid we lived on a piece of land that was a nursery for baby tobacco plants...the soil was so rich it was almost black...and there was another lot next to ours that was empty when we lived there...same soil,same basic layout of about an acre of clear ground surrounded by trees....would have been a perfect little pot farm...if only i could go back in time....

Where I live used to be a big ranch, with canals criss crossing it. I'm at 19 foot elevation, in one of the biggest valley's. It was once swamp like, and the soil is black fertile adobe. I have to use gypsum to soften it up, but it sure does grow good weed.

Got 2000 worms today....supposed to have been held at post office for pickup. I go to get them and they sent them out in the truck and they stuck them in the mailbox.....in the 90s today so after I dab I am going to see if they made it ok. Damn postal knuckleheads always f’ing shit up here....I don’t understand it
